I took my Panamera in to fix the water pump, a simple repair, and the owner Daniel Castillo, totaled the car while driving to the store to get a drink, injuring another driver. He then posed as me, exchanging my insurance information with the other driver. He was entering traffic and damaged the front end and is not cooperating with insurance companies. If you are entering traffic and get into an accident it is probably your fault, and if you have front end damage, it is probably your fault. He is a crook and fraud. Who knows what other scams he is engaged in. If you value your car, take it somewhere else. If you have to use this guy, remove your insurance identification information from the car and ensure you have comprehensive coverage.

This is a great place to come get your car worked on your oil change and maintenance whatever you may need. I always come here and get my vehicle fixed on he does really great work

Great place to bring your car! Don’t go anywhere else if you have a bmw, Mercedes or other German European vehicles. First of all this place has a lot of mixed reviews, but my experience was good. They have great customer service and are very respectful. I took in my 08 550i for no start, stalling and misfire. And when I tell you they figured it out they did a great job and worked really well with me since I was tight on cash. This car has been in and out of 2 other shops. Will never go back to them only back to Daniel. Don’t be fooled by their small shop and location compared to all these other “specialized” shops. It’s the people with knowledge and good work ethics in Daniels shop that will get your car where it needs to be. My utmost respect to Daniel and his crew I appreciate their help and will definitely be back in the future. And for the people complaining that it’s too expensive and that it’s near dealership prices you’re 100% wrong and that is not the car for you. These are very pricey cars for their parts . Let the guys do their job and diagnosis and you’ll be okay. They are great on prices and will work with you . Knowledge doesn’t come cheap. They are FIXING the problem not making a small cheap repair. If you’re complaining about his prices . Might as well go get a Honda or cheap repairable car. Time is money and these guys got me my car sooner than quoted 💪🏽

This place is amazing. I took my 96 sl320 in to get the hardtop fixed. Daniel took care of it immediately, and had it all done by the next day. He told me exactly what he did and the price was reasonable for a Mercedes. Some people on here complained about the prices, but thats the price of owning a German car. Parts and maintenance will always be expensive for these types of cars, its just the way they’re built.

Paid $1k for nothing told the owner what was wrong with my car. Give me his word that he’ll take car of it but ended up getting the car back and it’s still giving me the same issues I took it in for.

When I asked why the prices were as high as the dealership (I had the dealership quote in hand), he said they aren’t (he’s incorrect) and then he dusted me off saying take your car where you want. I cant begin to say enough good things about them. This place has excellent customer service right from the start. Very polite and welcoming and Daniel explained everything from the get. I have to honestly say I am so glad i found Daniel he is amazing. Great communication, price is fair and most importantly does an amazing job. Took my 2004 Mercedes E55 AMG because it had a electrical issue, took it to two other shops and they where not able to figure it out. Daniel had it for just a few hours and was able to figure it out, found that the central gateway was the cause of the draw. Thank you again for everything daniel, i would definitely recommend people to come here and I will be returning again for anything else I need done to my vehicle.
