This was the first store I visited trying to find the perfect dress. I loved a dress, but as it was the first time trying on dresses, I decided to wait. Today, I had a horrible experience in another store and called here to make another appointment to try the dress again and make my final decision. They told me the dress I had seen was not longer available but there was a new design very similar to the one I liked and that I could visit them at that moment to try it on. It was meant to be because that was THE dress. I visited 3 stores looking for my dress, but their service and attention to detail couldn’t be compared to White House Bridal and specifically, to Astrid. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

The whole process from booking my appointment to receiving my dress was super quick, efficient and professional. Gorgeous selection of wedding dresses, lovely and super helpful staff and very reasonable prices. White House Bridal was my 4th wedding dress shop in Puerto Rico and by far the best one. Communication with the shop owner was super easy. Each time, he replied to me within a few minutes which impressed me. The team listened to my requirements and found me the beautiful dress which suited my taste perfectly. If you cant handle the pushiness of bridal shops and highly value personal approach, White House Bridal is for you.

In love with the place and the personnel... a special shout out to Astrid who was so helpful from the beginning. Now, the dress is not for me lol, but selecting a wedding dress for my best friend can be stressful... I should know because she has tried many already. From the moment we entered the store, to the multiple visits, the staff was always so nice and patient with the bride-to-be (and me 😊). There can be many places with beautiful dresses, but the experience here was unmatched. A beautiful, modern and ample space with good lighting will make your experience a great one.
