The process of buying items is pretty straight forward. From personal experience the customer service is good and are handling themselves well during COVID-19.

Hoy tuve una experiencia desagradable dentro de la tienda de Plaza Las Américas. Me encontraba buscando un libro en específico, por lo que solicité asistencia a una de las empleadas que se encontraba en el área. La primera empleada que vi, me dirige a la que atiende la caja registradora. De camino, me percato que la primera chica le comenta (a quien se suponía me ayudara) sobre mi interés en verificar la disponibilidad de una edición de “X” libro. La segunda chica contesta en tono de molestia: “¡pues que espere!”.Entiendo perfectamente que trabajar con público puede ser agotador. Estoy al tanto de que muchos clientes son altaneros e impacientes. Sin embargo, me sentí incómoda con la forma que se expresó la empleada, pues no tenía prisa en ser atendida, ya que, mi mejor amiga y yo, estábamos en busca de otros títulos.De todos modos, agradezco a la primera chica que intentó ayudarme (cuando se dió cuenta de que escuché el comentario de la segunda). Estuve a punto de hacer mi primera compra; mi mejor amiga decidió no volver a patrocinar este lugar.
