Terrible and Ordinary Service 👎👎👎Thank God I had this very bad experience x tel and did not waste time getting there to have a bad time ... I call for the first time and this only employee with a Dominican accent answers me and how it was to verify availability and price of a piece for refrigerator, the attention was relatively normal (possible sale). When I called the next day before going out to buy and how the piece appeared in another store at the same price, I remembered that I had to ask in both stores what guarantee they offered and that could be the difference between which store to buy (the one that was more convenient) . When I called the other store, they explained to me without any inconvenience the guarantee that they offered, which was: If the part is damaged, it is exchanged for another equal and new one. $$ is not returned in correctly dispatched merchandise and for that the model and the piece is removed from the packaging so that the client can see it . When I called this store, the same employee from the previous day answered again and when I asked him what warranty they had on parts, his attitude was defensive from the beginning. The individual says to me annoyed: None, here we do not give any guarantee because for that we give the piece that is. I tell him: Gentleman, lower your attitude a bit because as a potential client I am asking a totally valid question and I also believe that you and the other employees there are human beings, not robots and mistakes can be made and that is totally valid Because no human is perfect, easily looking for the part they can be wrong and give the one that is not, also that the parts and more if they are electrical, they can be defective even without being used and that happens more than you think, then you tell me They do not give any guarantee and if I buy the part and it turns out that they give me the one that is not an error or when assembling it it does not work, it means that you are not going to respond or offer any alternative and wash your hands like Pilate and I keep the piece that is not damaged and $$$ thrown away that would be a gift for you, xq x what I see are only for sale, but if there is a problem with what they sell, they neither solve nor give alternatives . The individual answers me: Im going to tell you one thing, here we are not wrong when we look for parts and much less are damaged because for that we have brand parts and we do not have to give any guarantee, whoever buys here is at their own risk, we we are to sell not to solve anyone . That was the incredible answer that it occurred to him to say to that ordinary and abhorred, I could not believe how an employee took the liberty of speaking like that to a client who was also a lady, with that lack of respect and tact, he definitely did not have the slightest knowledge of what customer service is. Obviously after such a demonstration, I would never leave my $$$ sponsoring so much mediocrity, I simply hung up the call and went straight to the other store that in a polite way, his employee explained the available alternatives without any problem. Customer service is essential for any business, its success depends on that and it is not that they give away anything or are forced to solve for anyone, but the respect and education with which they treat potential clients will be the difference. in your earnings and remember very well that the best reference for any business is not advertising in the media, it is a satisfied customer who will continue to buy and will also recommend it to each acquaintance, which guarantees future profits and unfortunately that is what I do not Many local businesses think and then complain that they do not sponsor them, because they only think of the here and now and they do not try very hard to offer a good service at the 1st opportunity (knowing that the 1st impression is the one that counts) to guarantee their permanence and future success.
