When Deluxe Dye Works cleans your carpet its REALLY clean. A regular carpet shampooer doesnt even come close. Water and soap are applied to your rug and its actually washed. Then its placed over a grate-type thing and they rinse it until water runs through it, completely clean. Then it is carefully hung to dry to retain its shape. Its worth stopping by just to see how they perform these feats. Ive seen them clean a gigantic 1 piece hotel rug. Amazing. I just wish theyd be willing to washing my canvas safari tent...

They picked up my very dirty Chinese rug (wool and silk) and brought back my rug in pristine condition. It looks brand new! The delivery guys were kind and quick. They placed my rug exactly as I wanted it and even paid attention to the nap of the rug and the best way to show it off in the space of my living room.The price was very reasonable too.I recommend Deluxe Dye Works highly!!

I brought the rug to Deluxe Dye Works the next day and, voila!, red wine stains are all gone. You folks are the BEST.

This is a wonderful, wonderful place. Ive been taking my Belgian and Pakistani rugs there forever; they always do a great job. They even bumped my light-colored rug to the front of the queue after the dreadful Red Wine Incident; red wine is gone!They also have a person who can fix snags in sweaters, re-fluff down pillows, and a ton of other stuff. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for several years. The quality of the cleaning has always been great. However, the last time I took a couple of rugs in, I was somewhat disappointed. I needed a new rug pad for one of the rugs and the cost was included in my estimate. I was told the rugs would be ready in a couple of weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told that the rugs had been cleaned but the pad hadnt been cut. It took another full week before I was able to pick up the rugs and pad. That seemed excessive to me.Update. I recently had another rug cleaned. It turned out great and was finished when represented. I will continue to use Deluxe.

Ive used them twice before but on this occasion I showed up with an 8*11 Persian rug i literally picked up off the side of the street, in terrible shape. I took it there to see if it was salvageable, we agreed it wasnt, and dude let me toss it in their dumpster. Big deal, because I hadnt thought that far ahead as to how I would get rid of this thing if it was beyond help. They will continue to get my business.

DDW successfully dyed a wool jacket back to its original navy blue color for me twice in 10 years. So happy to have my favorite fall/spring jacket looking new again. Will do business with this company in the future and gladly recommend them.

Fabulous service! So glad I entrusted my hand loomed Rosecore Dhurrie rugs to Deluxe! They did a beautiful job cleaning them that was worthy of the fine craftsmanship of the rugs.I also wanted a small custom shaped rug for my oval entry. I supplied a remnant of the carpet installed on my stairs. They cut it and bound it to match. Its gorgeous and a small fraction of the cost of having one custom loomed. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Nice people, reasonable cost, quick turn around.

The urine smell caused by my sons dog lingered on our area rug after the first clean from Deluxe Dye Works. We brought the rug back and were prepared to pay again. My husband brought it back, explained the situation and Deluxe Dye Works said absolutely not, you will not pay again and please let us deliver the rug to your home once its been cleaned a 2nd time; so sorry for the inconvenience. We were very impressed with their customer service. And the smell did come out after the 2nd cleaning. Would highly recommend.
