Terrible exchange policy. Bought ream of office max/depot brand paper and got wrong type. Came back and would not let me exchange because store is closing. Store manager quoted policy. Very robot like. Very sad.

Carlos in the Business Service Center is the person to ask for if you need Professional custom designs and more. Great customer service Carlos!! And for his quick to fix a problem we had with our order on our part. Our need for materials were specific and he was nothing but patient. Thank you Carlos!!! You are Awesome!

*** DONT BRING YOUR COMPUTER FOR MAINTENANCE HERE ***My wife took my laptop for a simple task of virus removal. We got a call from Daniel saying that my laptop was not turning on and the motherboard was gone. We asked how, if the computer was working, turning on and off, perfectly usable and Daniel strongly stated that the computer is unusable. After arriving to the store and taking the laptop back, we were talking to the store manager about it, and he returned the laptop back. I decided to turn on the laptop and check, and the computer was turning on normally. Thats a joke, they made me waste my time and had to deal with this ridiculous situation.

Kind of a shell of a place it can really be. Service is nonexistent, and selection is scarce. not recommend to come

I bought a Office Depot remanufactured ink cartridge because I was recommended so. I came home and started printing what I needed and the cartridge was completely empty right at my 32nd page. The document was all in words double-spaced without any images. So I called this place and asked if this was normal because I never used Office Depot one before. This guy, in a pretty ignorant tone of voice, tells me as if I was unlucky. He adds, “It is not necessarily normal but you would have to refill it or throw it away. We don’t do refills, by the way.” Yea, there it goes my $25 to print 31 and half pages of normal document. Not happy with product, not happy at all with the guy who gave me the solution: just throw it away.

Convenient and the employees have been super helpful in the past. Pretty standard supply shop. Close to my office so great in a crunch.

Popped in to buy an office chair since I was getting nowhere online and I wanted to actually test them out.Had a sales person greet me at the door and ask if he could help me find something. He really knew what he was talking about and heard my specifics. He helped me narrow down the choices. He also assembled the chair and carted it to my car...with a smile and excellent, professional service. This often isnt the case at the big box franchises, but it was this time.

Had to buy some print papers, and a new printer which I found very good deals. Man I must say they have a big inventory of stuffs we can get lost here just looking for all. kkk, Nice place to shop.

I guess the experience at Office Depot is different for everybody, but I have been a customer at this location for over a year now and I have only had great experiences with the employees and the finished orders. I have been continuously ordering spiral-bound instruction manuals and marketing postcards to be printed and every order has been exactly as I requested. I`ve got no complaints so far.

Good for instant gratification, but if not in a rush to get office supplies, its much, much cheaper to purchase online from a different vendor (you know who). Also, reps need better training on customer service.Im rooting for the brick and mortar, but the prices can sometimes be a bridge too far (talking 2x-3x).

Terrible web site for ordering products. It doesnt allow a PO Box for the billing address which tons of people and companies use. This means credit cards cant be processed. I guess they dont want to make sales. They really need to fix this to catch up with all other online services and step into this century.

They let us in right after closing on Halloween to run and buy something. All smiles, still wished us a nice night. Thank you so much!!

Its a good place for office supply needs!

I wanted to print things from my USB drive. Their printers worked fine, just a bit slow when calculating costs and whatever. Also, one of the pages came out rinkled and the machine froze and I just unplugged my USB drive and left.

My gift card was damaged and the manger took care of the issue relatively quickly. Great customer service.

Ordered printer online. Picked up at nearby store within an hour. Good user experience.

December 24 around 11am I had a great service with this guy assisting me in the printing area keep it up..

Not the wide selection I was hoping for and the store itself is somewhat shabby. They need to make the place brighter.

The last two times I have been to this location they have not had what I needed in stock, despite being told that they would re-stock the item I was looking for. They also display damaged office furniture which makes the merchandise look even cheaper than it is. Finally, you always have to go looking for a sales person if you need help. I think this store is very poorly managed.

I waited 2 minutes for help and the guy took my paper right away and began working. Very fast service.

I called this store at 9a to get 50 business cards printed by the afternoon and the lady who answered said it would take a couple hours as she had a large job already underway. I said thats fine, would they be ready by noon, she said no. I said but you told me a couple hours, she said yes, if youre Lucky theyll be done by 3p most likely 5p. Since when does a couple add up to 6-8!

The store experience was good but the corporation still uses Rebate tactics that are misleading and unethical. I decided to buy something that came with a rebate, going through the rebate program was a nightmare and a year later I still dont have the monies promised.

They had what I needed for a low price. Excellent!!!
