Bought a Herman Miller Aeron from them at a good price. The staff were helpful and attentive. It was missing the correct color lumbar support so I got a discount and she gave me a different color lumbar support for free! How nice. Would definitely come back again.

I wouldnt say this place has rock bottom prices, but the selection is pretty good. They know their office furniture and they know how much stuff is worth. Youll pay about the same price as you will find on Craigslist for most things here. The difference is that they have a warehouse full of office and lounge chairs you can sit on, file cabinets, desks, cubicle walls, and other things you might furnish an office space with. They even have a few novelty items. I saw a couple of rocking chairs and a sort of bouncy-ball stool thing.If youre in the area its definitely worth checking out. It is a large warehouse space packed to the ceiling in some areas. The staff there is friendly too. I got a Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair and Im happy with my purchase.

State Parole office is nearby. You get the picture. Closed when I arrived 0930.So, why 5 stars? HECTOR. My buy was simple: a 4-drawer lockable file cabinet. Inventory was all lateral models, not my ideal, but I selected one. He worked w/ me on the price. (hint). Were getting to the 5 stars...I brought my loser minivan to take it to my office. He spent > 10 minutes w/ me, prepping the item for loading, shoving it in 1 way, then my realizing that I needed to remove the rear seat, and helping me reposition the bulky back seat that so we could fit the 5 lateral inside. Then loading it in, again, and helping me tidy up. I told him that he provided better service than Nordstroms. I offered him a tip. He politely waved it off.Store has some high quality used stuff. They dont spend a dime on atmosphere. Hector is really focused, a hard worker and a real good guy.

Quality-Good, Appeal- its a used warehouse. Service poor and excellent. The lady working there is in need of communication skills, she may have an idea of what the inventory is but that is a far as it goes. She is less than helpful, does not return calls and generally does not remember you called. The owner on the other hand did a fabulous job for us, we are a non-profit and we needed to fill a area with work tables and he cut them and customized them perfectly. Installation was flawless, great delivery guys.

I purchased a used office chair and am very pleased with the chair price, its condition and the interaction I had with 3 of the staff. Prices better than ebay and you can inspect and try out what you are getting. Absolutely would shop there again and recommend it to others.

I was a little skeptical about contacting this store because of some of the other reviews but I had been looking for specific filing cabinets and couldnt find them anywhere. I took a chance and called. I spoke with Craig who was very helpful on the phone and told me they had what I was looking for. I visited the warehouse (not easy to find but I did) and they were there, just as described. Craig was nice enough and the cashier was not rude. Craig said he would have the cabinets delivered the next day and they arrived as promised. The delivery man was awesome. He was very careful, friendly and thoroughly wiped down the cabinets before leaving. I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the product and service. I will be sure to keep these folks in mind when I need more used office furniture.

Not a typical retail establishment. Warehouse in back of a junky lot. Lots of chairs to try out. Found the one that fit - but the price at $450 seemed high, but the chair felt right. I was told that a new chair was $1200. I wondered whether it was true. Checked the web when I got home and found a Steelcase Gesture for $1000. Close enough. Good buy at $450. My back appreciates it. Quality at a good price. Another happy customer.

Not sure about the people that may have used to work here, but the guy working there when we went was helpful and happy. Nearly new office chairs were 60% off retail, cant complain!

Flat out rude.Our office is moving, so I just wanted to see if they do used office furniture pick up. I informed the man who answered the phone that we had cubicles, desks and also some file cabinets. Someone might be picking up the file cabinets to use, but I am not sure at this time. He told me hes pretty booked up right now. Why dont I have the people who will be picking up the file cabinets to pick up the rest of the stuffs and hung upWow.... How do these people stay in business?

Items were used and pretty good quality, but a bit unorganized. Most pieces were a bit pricey for used office furniture not worth looking there unless you want something rather high-end.
