I have been in need of a new task chair, and walked into KBM; the receptionist was friendly and was able to find a salesperson to show me the various types of chairs they offered. I was interested in a particular chair they offered and the salesperson said she would e-mail me with more information regarding the price / options for the chair that day.I sent an email to the salesperson immediately after so she would have a record of my interest; I never heard anything back so I visited the place the next day around 11, to which the receptionist said she was on lunch break and was extremely busy.That being said, the salesperson never corresponded at all; ended up buying their Knoll Life chair for $750 less at a local office furniture warehouse instead.Two stars because they were at least kind enough to show me the kinds of chairs they had.
