Sherry, Sarah, Aaron, John, Rich, Chris in sales, and Alonzo and Marlowe in the shipping department...if they dont have it in stock...theyll get it...if they cant get it...it doesnt exist...

I have bought from these folks multiple times and they always do an excellent job. These folks are awesome and I would highly recommend them.

Michelle was so helpful and polite. I asked to see some samples of different thickness of acrylic sheet and she brought me to the warehouse and showed me some samples. I was in the market for only 1 sheet for my photo frame but she assist me as much as as possible. I didnt end up getting sheet but she was still very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for plexiglass or acrylic.

Sherry Mcsweeney knows her stuff she was able to answer all my questions on my material. she took my order, emailed me a quote within 15min. And followed up on my order 5min before i was about to call her very professional i would recamend professional plastics for all your plastic needs thanks to experienced people like Sherry and great pricing 5 stars thank you for all you help.

A 2.0 Rating? No. Your expectations are out of line. This is a wholesale volume warehouse that ALLOWS individuals to purchase. They supply to companies like TESLA and BOEING and arent set up with a gelato bar and mood lighting while you wait for your single plastic sheet to be pulled from the enormous warehouse for $40. I dont know what is up with the other reviews, but Ill tell you first hand that this place is THE PLACE for plastic supplies. Helpful. Friendly. Fast. Responsive. Yes, if its plastic, they have it! Im damn LUCKY they will sell in small quantities to me.

My credit card info was stolen because of how they store your information - in open filing cabinets close to the back door that anyone in the warehouse or office (or walking by) has access to. The manager, Deanne or Deanna or something is horrible, lazy, DUMB AS ROCKS and doesnt get that its illegal to store credit card info in unlocked, accessible cabinets. Plus the plastic I ordered as a reseller I was charged sales tax (they said they fixed it but charged me a lower tax rate; took three times to finally get the invoicing corrected) and the grammar in the notes to the invoice was atrocious, but the icing on the cake was that it didnt meet specs and they were completely clueless as to how to fix.

Worst experience everSalesman Aaron - most difficult person to deal with. Purchase order said 1-2 days . Job was canceled in third day (Friday evening) material in transit somewhere in USA .Aaron drops phone calls, they dont replays on e-mails . No managers at work at all - to talk to them. Refuses to pay money backI will report them to the collection agency, and small cases courtBE AWARE !!!!!

Sale girl Michelle got my order wrong and never issued a refund. Plus there is weird stupid writing on the back of customer order receipt. No respect for customer
