Finally!!! The Southbay has a place to go to for all your specialized tool needs!!! If you look at their Redding and Sacramento locations, you know what its all about! Still a soft opening, but its already an amazing store. Makita, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Festool, Skillsaw, Wera, Knipex, Ironclad, Lenox, Diablo and many more under one roof! Open Saturdays! Definitely has all the stuff you dont see at Home Depot and Lowes! A true candy store for any tool lover and more!

This place is simply amazing Im very big on customer service wheelchair accessible and a good selection of what Im looking for even though I choose to buy American and this place is mainly DeWalt Makita etc etc me being a working man that uses and needs a big battery charger things like that this place has helped me out of at least four situations really quick in their customer service is really helpful and really nice I was very surprised and its really super clean

I been coming to this spot for over a few weeks now and I cant stop buying tools from them. The workers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the tools they are selling.They have a wide variety of high end brand named tools for lower prices than any place that sells high end brand named tools. On top of that they sometimes give you discounts on those lower priced tools, its a win-win. They also do promos, they have a discount table thats 50% off. This is a must go to place for your power tools, hand tools and accessory needs.

This place is great! They have high quality hand tools (Wera, Knipex, etc.) and power tools (mostly battery powered, Dewalt Milwaukee, etc) at better prices than Home Depot or Amazon. They have any and all bits or accessories you’d need. They also have knowledgeable and friendly employees. I was able to browse and get immediate help when I had questions. They also have a ton of stock - It’s pretty much the opposite of the frustrating experience of buying a tool at Home Depot! The last time I went to Home Depot to buy tools I ended up ordering them online (while at the store) and having them shipped to my house because they only had 1 of the 3 tools in stock, and none of the attachments. Then 3 days later UPS delivered the package of tools to the wrong house!

Friendly service and have lots of tools that are not available at the depot of home or lowes. I came in for ond thing and ended up buying a milwaukee handsaw. This store is definitely dangerous it you like tools.
