Very helpful staff. They offered to put some heavy bags of softener salt into the cart, then they helped me load them into my car. Previously they helped replace a wooden hammer handle, a special skill. Much appreciated.

Good prices and seriously check out the flowers they are beautiful. The lady and gentleman that grow them and deliver keep them nice and clean.

Lowering my grade to 3 stars, but its not the stores fault. Ace has a rewards program thats basically one big bait & switch scheme. Had a $5 off of $30 coupon, and purchased about $35 of items. But the $12 canning jars were $1 off, and rather than just reduce my total by $1, the Ace Rewards program doesnt count sales items. B.S.! So no $5 off.

I was looking for rubber cap feet for the ironing board. They had the correct diameter!

This is my Go-Too and they know where things are. I have purchased all my backyard things there and the service from every employee is awesome! Of course I will go back, weekly at least once. Im content to pay more for great service and support.

Such a great store and wonderful service! I looked at 3 different Home Depot’s and 2 different gas stations for a propane tank but no luck. I found this place at the last minute and a gentleman named Pat was beyond helpful getting me my gas and some other things too. Definitely coming back again!

Went in today and bought a drill and the employee, didnt catch his name but he had the coolest irish accent, helped me out and recommended a drill bit set to buy that was on sale. So we got two great deal items and the best customer service. Definitely will come back to this one again!

A small and dark hardware store. The customer service is decent....some stuff more helpful than others. I always find what I want here. For being a small store they work to keep it well stocked. Prefer this store to much larger hardware stores! Honestly the prices are better too!

I just moved to this neighborhood in august from north sj this ace is a fantastic hardware store.The people the owner has working here are exceptional, every single one is as courteous and helpful as can be. Its refreshing to see such retail people these days who are so eager to help and obviously love their job, it makes you want to keep coming back. kudos to the owner for having happy guh employees. Theres a young lady associate there who is so familiar with the inventory in that store that when you ask her where a certain item is she will have your answer virtually before you give her the complete description.great store great people....the recipe to keep me coming back👍😬

The employees were very interested to see if I needed help and let me be when I didnt. I enjoy these qualities when I shop. They have a decent selection of items and I found a few perfect items which I needed.

Call, ask if they have an item, they can tell you accurately. The invetory really is correct. Yes they have 12 MER filters for your air conditioning furnace to clean the smokey air.

This is the worst store ever. My husband made an online order, he received a confirmation email saying it was ready. He came to the store and they said it didnt arrive, he came back 4 days later and the item still didnt arrive. No one has taken responsibility for their negligence, my husband still doesnt have his item and ace has our money and refuses to do a refund. This place is a joke. Lynne is the worst employee this place has.

They have a very good fastener section. I found a great selection of grade 8 bolts and metric equivalent and even nutserts which I was surprised they carried.

You can always find what you need from ACE Hardware stores. We were greeted at the door right away to assist us. This one had a huge supply of Green egg products along with their other hardware items. We even found some unique items not normally found, like unfinished oak strips to make bars, tables, and other wood crafts. Not sure it is an item normally stocked though. The item we were looking for was not there but, their sales people were glad to lend a hand and try to order it.....

Excellent local hardware store! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they carry items that the big warehouse stores dont. No they dont have hundreds of kinds of PVC or a quarter inch left handed nail splitter but so far they have had 100% of what I need for my everyday chores and repairs. And I dont have to walk a half mile to get to the part of the store that has the side cutters I came there for.

People are nice and helpful, easy place to go if you need a part to fix something around the house.Ive found that during the week I can get help finding and getting things. On the weekend it can be hard to get around and impossible to get help. They had no problem taking things back when I got the wrong item.

Nice to actually have someone there to ask questions of. Great for non-contractors.

They are open and able to get things that some other bigger competitors didnt have.

The customer service here is beyond excellent! When you walk through the door the staff greets you and helps you find your item. Very polite and engaging helping you determine the best items for your project.

I will only shop here.if i am in the area. Fell like some one is looking over your shoulder. Cashier are rude also. Go to los gatos stores. Both of them they are friendly and helpfull.

Im so glad that finally theres a decent well stocked ace hardware near my house. The store is well stocked and organised and the staff is so polite and helpful. I dont need to spend on gas and time to go all the way to the other part of the town for quality hardware.Went for the grand opening and grabbed a bunch of stuff for discount. I love this store, but the owner really needs to turn on the air conditioner in the store when the temperature is in the mid 90s. Not just for the customers, but show that you care for your employees! Have a heart!!

Went in approximately 3 weeks ago on a Sunday. Has not known there was a new Ace on blossom hill, asked if the did screens for windows the cashier I spoke to Morgan said yes dropped off one of my other screens got a due date in 5days waited a day after to call 3 screens that we had paid $135 for were not even started on spoke to Scott the person whom answered the phone he apologized and after talking back and forth to his manager they came to the conclusion that the store was too busy to do anything in regards to having them done that week added another 7days. Again no call came in was in the area went in and again nothing was even started on. The manager on dirty some lady all she was worried about is who took my order initially I told her to check the invoices and why did it matter it was not a problem of an order being taking down wrong I mean I gave them a 2nd chance to give great customer service. When small businesses fail they blame it on big box stores maybe its the employees you hire. We are paying more to get that one on one feeling so that the job gets done right. Never going back

I surprised to see Ace Hardware in the corner here but, there it is!!Well organized and looks like its well-run attentive staff and very well-stocked.OSH is my first choice, as always, even though its little bit more expensive than your typical hardware store. But, Ace is my goto backup when OSH cannot come through.Take a peek theyre really good prices and they might be able to get you something with someone actually pay attention to you!
