Wow, this place is awesome. It was a total happy accident that we found it. Carlos was super friendly and very hospitable. We came for my husband and normally music stores are all the same for me but Guitar Wars was a very pleasant surprise. My daughter and I were totally engaged in all the Star Wars stuff while my husband could enjoy the wide assortment of guitars and gear. A must see place if you love guitars or Star Wars!

This is not a major chain, doesnt look like, it doesnt feel like it, doesnt act like it. If youre looking for 100 guitars in glass cases that no one else can afford, this isnt your place.This place is rock. This place is punk. This place is nerd. I Fn love this place. The owner is great in all sorts of ways, the stock is eclectic, and has a ton of interesting things that are probably off of your radar.I like to think that the inception of this place was a rebirth of a legit music scene in the south bay.

Really diverse selection of mostly used equipment. Old and new, some good or interesting finds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store has star wars themed decor throughout--not just a poster or millennium falcon model here and there, but really well done doors, panels, counters with lights and effects built in and hiding all over the place, some was near movie set quality. Its a fun visit. Theres quite a bit of stuff around, so you have to look hard to find the gems. The strip mall its in had a very sketchy feel, but Im glad I went in.

Fantastic service! Set up my acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele over the weekend for extremely reasonable prices.

Definitely go here for repairs and pedals. They have a small (but nice) guitar selection. I took my Bullet Strat in for an upgrade, they definitely improved the playability with the setup, and my new pickups were installed for a great price. Took my SG in for the same treatment, definitely looking forward to the results.

They sold me a amp on reverb in excellent condition covered in dust scratches and buzzing sound and denied me a refund not trust worthy and doesnt knew what excellent means.

Picked up a nice acoustic guitar, they have a wide selection and good prices.

Carlos and Michael are extremely helpful! they helped me pick out a really nice guitar that fit all of my needs (wants). they also helped me to pick out a new amp and taught me about the important things to look for in an amp that i wasnt aware of. thank you guys for all the help!

The selection is pretty great for the size! The owners are friendly and knowledge and the prices are fair! Stop by to just see whats new!

Great store, great service, unique atmosphere. Star Wars theme with lots of different guitars. He has a Reverb store so also buys guitars. Lessons are available if you’re interested. If you’re looking for a different vibe from the mundane guitar store, Guitar Wars is the place to go.

I appreciated the friendliness, care and honesty from this store. Very good place to do business with. Carlos takes good care of customers. Strongly recommend.

Checked out the show they hosted 6/30/18 and everyone was really nice. Will definitely go back in a few weeks for some repairs I need.

Do not trust this shop they sell broken gear online and deny refunds even though the items are described as working. Horrible shop.

Very small guitar shop, but friendly owner and fair prices. Came across some nice Teton guitars in here and had to pick one up. These guys are the only local Teton dealer.

Store owner is a very friendly and helpful guy, definitely revisiting soon.
