This place has a wide variety of Aussie products, but unfortunately we had an bad experience there today. We bought some cordial which was advertised as $15.95 and got charged $19.95. Not a big deal, but we went back and questioned it just in case it was a mistake. When we asked, the owner did not apologise at all - she merely explained the price increase. Its not about the money but the fact that the price advertised was misleading and there was absolutely no apology on their part. I dont think we will continue to support a business like that. Be careful and always check pricing with them before you buy if you choose to do so. Also be careful that the full-price products have not expired - we saw some choc scotch fingers that were full price but expired in March 2019.
I have always ordered online whenever I need to resupply on vegemite or getting easter/xmas treats for the family. Great service and the orders shipped are always well packaged.Cheers guys!Ben
The meat pies are amazing! I highly recommend them. They dont take much time to prep and taste great with the ketchup they have here or some gravy. This is also a great place to pick up Cadbury chocolates.
They do have a lot of my favs but they didnt have the 2 things i went for nooooo pies nooo sausage rolls .... I hope they have them next time.I hope they get some compatible companys around to help with the prices on the items .
Recently I surprised my wife with an Easter package from Australian Products Co. Naturally, the package contained some of her favorite candy, biscuits, and other items that she remembers from growing up in Australia. .Unfortunately, most of the items were well past the sell by date, including discounted items. This would not bother me so much, except that the items tasted stale. I would recommend that anyone shopping on this site be very careful about purchasing discounted food items. We spend in excess of one hundred dollars on this order, only to find that most if it cant be used. Buyer beware!
I was really surprised to find this store. Lots of cool interested thing to look at and buy. Now I have a kangaroo warning sign in my room.
#1 store in the states for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING Australia. Plus, the owner is actually from Australia and has owned and operated the store for years. CRAZY cheaper to ship/ buy from here then from ordering from Australia directly and trust me- they have WHATEVER it is your looking for 😁
Really the best place to get all of my favorite Australian and British food. Twisties, Tim Tams, Violet Crumbles, Chicken Shapes! It costs a little bit more but it feels better to support a small business.
The people there are great. If youre looking for Aussie stuff. Do yourself a favour and check them out
Great Australian Products! I love this store it literally has everything. The only down side are the expensive prices. Racks on racks. But then again thats the way supply and demand work in the first place....
Great Aussie products, sold at ridiculous prices. Can you put a price on being able to get Vegemite? They can and its double what I would have expected. Its all there though, like an Aussie oasis in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Always enjoy going here for a chat, and a dose of Aussie groceries. Steak and kidney pies, Hell yeah!!!
Were happy little vegemites! Thanks to Aussie products.
Fast service and well stocked store.
I bought vegemite that expires in one month, and not at any discounted price either. Who can eat 145 grams of vegemite in a month? DONT SHOP HERE.
Great Aussie products that are hard or impossible to get anywhere else!
I bought Vegemite, Promite, and Schweppes lemonade at exorbitant prices. All of them were out of date. I emailed them nine days ago, and they still havent responded.
Good and feels like home : )
If youre Aussie, youre gonna love this place
Very unethical, owner was yelling inside the store, very poor customer service
Its always beautuful.
Pricey, but everything you need from Australia and new Zealand.
Amazing place and people
Lots of Australian and British food products.
Everything you crave from home
Highly overpriced groceries
