Excellent Customer Service! After noticing condensation on a dual pane window, I called Grand Prix Glass. I spoke to Rose (Tuesday afternoon) who scheduled a technician to come out the following morning. The technician, Jesus arrived (Wednesday morning) on time to evaluate issue. Jesus indicated that the window would need to be replaced and that there was a four day turnaround on glass orders. I told him that we needed it fixed as soon as possible since the house was getting ready to be placed on the market. Rose provided me with a follow up call advising that the glass order turnaround time would probably be early next week but she would try her best to get the glass this week. On Friday, I received a call from Rose indicating that the glass has arrived early and that the technician could install on Saturday. A short time later, I received a call from Jesus who indicated that he could come out immediately to replace the window. The window was successfully replaced (Friday afternoon) … and it looks great. It was definitely a pleasure working with both Rose and Jesus. I highly recommend Grand Prix Glass!

We ordered a piece of glass for a shower nook. First they got the thickness wrong(they caught that mistake on their own but it cost us time to wait for it). Then when my husband picked it up it had the receipt with the size he asked for taped to it. However, the sticker on it and the actual measurement were different from what he had ordered. We ended up having to use it because the tilers were ready to install and we didn’t have another week to wait for the right size. It was very frustrating to pay $60 for a 20.5”x5” piece of glass and have it be wrong.
