Very helpful salesman for a woman who doesnt know much about electrical things.

What a rude way to run a business. First they dont respond to emails. Secondly, if you call in and ask questions, rude guy said, they busy come into the store and fine out. After made me waited on the phone for 10-12 minutes. Im surprise they still open for business.

Needed an emergency part for a power skid. Thankfully they were open on a Saturday so I could could fix the issue before the event occurred. They were helpful in getting me the part and at a decent price.

I have always received great service at Universal Electric Supply Co. My electrical knowledge is limited, learning as needed. Rafael has helped me find what I needed, and showed specs on how to wire it properly. I am in a field that has placed more and more demands on my knowledge on basic electrical know how. Amazing service! I bought a $7 part for an old light and they treated me like I was buying a $700 part! They know their stuff! I think the odds of finding someone at a big box store (Home Depot, Lowes) who knows what they know are unfortunately about 0. Brady, his dad and Rafael (the 3 people I dealt with) were GREAT!

The ultimate illumination parts store. They have virtually any type of light or light related part you might need (unless its an Italian- made ceramic socket for my brothers vanity light). Good service by people who know what their selling.
