I was hoping to find some outside weather stripping to close a gap in one of my bedroom windows. I took a small slice of whats there now. They had a dozen samples that they sold in 100 foot rolls. ( I need 12 feet). I didnt find a match. Back to the internet.

The Screen Shop is very easy to deal with. I had to replace windows in my fathers house. They came exactly at the time they said both to assess the situation and for the installation. I was able to conduct the whole transaction on the phone and had my grandson present to let them in both times, This is the second time I have used them for things at my fathers house and they are great! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our windows and screens turned out great. We have a old craftsman style house and we wanted to keep the windows looking original. The screen shop was able to do that. John was great to work with and helped get everything the way we want it.

We have used The Screen Shop for repairs and replacement of old and damaged screens around our home for several years. They will let you know when you first come in if they are able to repair and salvage the screen framing. If not, they will provide an estimate and lead time for a new replacement that will best match. We will continue to use The Screen Shop when needed and recommend them highly to others. Their staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for the quality of work.

I called the Screen Shop to get an estimate for a new window to be installed at my 96 YO Mothers house. The estimator was courteous and spoke directly to my Mother and answered her questions and listened to her concerns and POV (super important to her because workmen often ignore her or talk down to her). The installers were similarly courteous and professional. The window looks great and Moms living room is much warmer now and free of leakage. NOTE: Many installers didnt want to talk to us because we just wanted one window. It means a lot that this company treated our little job as something that is just as important as a big job. The windows were great as was the price but the contractor that they sent did not do any of the finishing touches. I was left cleaning the windows and doing touch up paint on my own. After contacting the company, I was told that this is not part of their responsibility. I hired contractors to do this work because Im unable to do most of it and dont want to do the touch up work.Its sad to go from a 5 star service to 2 for a little bit of touch up work that should be expected.

Little hard to find but that aside they know their stuff. Really helped answer some of my questions. Looks like Im gonna be ordering custom screens from them.

Great place for patio doors and windows. Quite a few displays despite a smaller space. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us explain all the differences between products and always kept our budget in mind. We got the doors here and everything got manufactured and delivered on time.
