Great company to work with. They were fast to respond and schedule a tech. The guy that came was pleasant and informative. Replaced my door spring in about 40 minutes. He adjusted the door and it works great. Never had the door as quiet as it is now. The other great point was that the price was better that other phone quotes I got. Just had Jim come out and inspect my own door and my neighbors door. He was very knowledgeable about the parts and functions, and gave me several options about what I could do today, vs later on. Decided to replace the old worn out spring on one door, which was priced reasonably, and was done in about 30 mins. For several years I have wanted my garage doors moved up closer to the ceiling, and have jack-shaft openers installed. Allowing more room for me to work in my garage, and giving it a cleaner look.
