Poor experience, called to ask for a quote and while explaining they rudely cut the call

I wanted to call and thank you for the top notch service and from my first call to the tech arriving at my house was great. I found him as a real professional to have come and work on my door. I will be recommending you guys as our best company for delivering the wonderful work.

The garage door technician came out today and replaced the springs on our old door as it was broken. He also changed the center and end bearings and finished the door work. He also adjusted it properly and lubricated all the moving parts and explained about preventive maintenance to extend the garage door’s life.
