The cakes and pastries are delicious! We got a few different ones to try and enjoyed them all. I liked the flour flour chocolate cake the most.It was not too busy on a Saturday afternoon and service was quick. There is parking behind the building.

Heard about this bakery from a friend, so I decided to give them a shot. I ordered about every individual cake flavor possible with various cookies and lemon bars for my nephews high school graduation. The cakes are delicious. Not overly sweet. The cakes are soft and spongy. The actual fruit flavors come through and not hidden in heaps of sugar. The Everyone was partial to a different flavor so they were enjoyed thoroughly and eaten. The cookies were also a hit. Ill be back to order celebration cakes since I now know this bakery knows how to make delicious cakes.

Came on a calm Sunday afternoon, 1pm. Minor crowd of neighborhood folk walking around. Staff was friendly. Great selection of pastries. Chocolate covered macaroon was very sweet as it should be and delicious. The flower flour chocolate slice is a smooth, soft, rich and creamy mousse-esque cake. Presentation of food was impeccable. Highly recommend taking a peek here as they have crepes and other types of snacks and food!

Sent two cake requests online but didn’t hear back so I decided to call the store. Someone told me, oh Ani probably won’t get back to you? Then why have a custom cake request? So placing an order for custom cake is by luck? If you’re lucky, you get your name chosen and that’s how you get a custom cake from here? Well since this place was recommended, I decided to give it a try. Since it was too last minute to place a custom order, we went with a 10” Ravishing Raspberry for pick up on SATURDAY Amoy SUNDAY at 10 am. Came to the store and it is not there. WTH, I confirmed this order twice. They said it was for pick on Sunday. Told me to wait for 10 mins while they assemble the cake, which turn out longer. They presented me the cake and the name is spelled wrong! So they attempted to fix it but handwriting flow isn’t the same. So $135 wasted and truly unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. They need to get their act together. Maybe they have enough customers that don’t care.While waiting I was observing their cake showcase and was horrified to see the food sign and inserts has mold in it! Food inspectors will have a great field day with this place.And respond to ANI, I’m not smashing your reputation. I am stating the truth. Folks, beware, pictures don’t lie of the molds on the signs and it looks it hasn’t been change in a loooonnnggg time. They do look like flowerflower colorful signs BUT with dark, MOLD on them. Pictures don’t lie. Just stating the truth here.I called a couple times because I originally wanted a custom cake but you didn’t even respond to let me know whether this was possible or not! Then I called a second time and someone told me (with you in the background) that this is not possible so I decided to place an order for a 10” for $135 instead of going with two cakes for $45 each. And again, I told the lady who took the order to make sure it is for Saturday and have confirmed before hanging up. Own up to your mistake and stop trying to cover it and you have done with your other responses. This is how you loose customers. And by the way, your raspberry moose was so soft and cake too crumbly so when I cut into a few slices, the cake fell over and can’t hold the shape which is terrible.

Amazing experience and the best cake we ever had!! It was my husbands birthday today so we went in yesterday and got him a Guava cake. Couldnt wait to cut it till today so we tried it last night!! 🤣🤣🥳🥳 so so so good! Light and delicious!! Will def go back to try more items on the menu!!

This is a bakery thats been around for awhile. Really good tarts, quiches and an assortment of pastries. They box each pastry or tart up in a little box. Warm and inviting. Seating is inside ans out.

I purchased two caked from flower flour from India to San Jose. Both were meant to be gifts for my sister. Excellent pricing, taste and preparations. Flower flour team was very helpful. I had few questions, flower flour team helped me through all the queries and i had the very pleasant experience with them.

This place is the best! They have great treats, macarons, coffee and the best coconut macaroons! Seriously delicious and they are so friendly! Could not recommend enough. My boyfriend and I agree best scones we’ve ever had.

I wish they had at least one vegan friendly option. Others said the pastries I got were good, but I didnt eat any myself

Came on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I learned about this bakery from YouTube -Finding Aki’s bakery guava cake.I had a slice of the apple strudel and Guava mousse cake. Loved it! Not too sweet and good texture, very fresh tasting. Will definitely go back, staff was friendly.

I had been eyeing this place for a while because it looked so quaint. Finally made a visit, got a raspberry crumble and a mocha. I sat outside in the little garden area with the cute birdies and savored my treats from this delightful place. I only had the presence of mind to take a picture of the empty container afterwards. OMG! I cant believe my eyes after opening the cake box. The cakes are look very different from the Flower Flour webpage. It seems that the cakes were made by outsourced bakery shop!!!!Further, I ordered 4 individual cakes, and the Flowers Flour didnt have the proper cake box to place the cakes firmly. So, the cream is every where.....I wont place an order again. It is disappointed and unpleasant experience!

Desserts here are excellent. The guava chiffon cake was light and airy with a guava filling was just sweet enough.

So good. Im picky AF about cakes (I bake a lot and have worked in cake shops years ago). I dont expect perfection but was hoping for a good enough cake for my husbands birthday since I didnt have the time this year to make it myself. I picked up a few little cakes so he could have his choice and my daughter got to pick her own flavor too. Their cakes were absolutely delicious. And their chocolate cake especially was divine. I wish their tiramisu cake had more expresso but thats my only critique.Seriously seriously good. Ive told my husband hes should get my birthday cake from there too so he doesnt have to bake either this year.

This is probably the best cake and wedding bakery in San Jose. I love the small cakes and the pastries are also damn good. So is the coffee. They have folks from Europe working in the kitchen and you notice the difference in taste and quality. I go there almost every week and so should you!

I love going to this adorable little French style cafe. The menu and food is great. Everything I have tried was excellent and the bakery items are beautiful and delicious. The drinks here are nothing short of amazing. The mochas and hot chocolates are to die for. They top drinks with a generous scoop of hand whipped cream. Make sure to ask for it. The food and pastries are also delicious. They make crepes to order. They also serve sandwiches, quiche, salads, morning pastries, cakes and cookies. There daily soups are wonderful and taste home made. You will have to come back again and again to try everything.

I went here before for some Savory Crepes, they were very good lunch. I tried to come again for lunch but I didnt see anything else that would be too appealing. Have a large breakfast selection, And in regards to lunch just the Savory Crepes and sandwiches. Very adorable little shop, its really cool to see some of the crazy cake decorations they have on display. All of the desserts look amazing, but I havent had a chance to try any.

Very cute establishment with a very caring, charming staff. Stopped by for a mid afternoon snack. Chocolate chip cookie and espresso. Cookie was very good, definitely worth it. The espresso was good, wont say that it rivals other local spots.Id come again for the atmosphere and to try the crepes.

They dont make much but what they do make, they make well. If you like crepes youll love flower flour. Their BLT and pastries also excellent. The cafe has a neat atmosphere with a slightly older crowd. The flowers seem ridiculously expensive and the menu is a little more static than Id like, but its good quality food in a neat setting.

We ordered a croissant and it was completely flat, heavy, and soggy. I cant believe it is being called a croissant.

Our family has loved the wonderful bakery/cafe since it opened. Many mom & daughter afternoons were spent here with my girl as she grew up sharing one of their scrumptious desserts and a pot of tea.While we will miss the beautiful floral items, the new owner is maintaining the bakery portion with its terrific staff. Brunch this morning was as delightful, as always. The breakfast crepe with a latte is my go-to meal. Best of luck to the retiring owners, Mimi and Ed, plus the new owner, Ani. Theres always something amazing and wonderful to eat at Flower Flour. Their morningbuns are the best Ive ever had. I love to pick up the quiche to eat at home sometimes.The pastries are gorgeous. They are extremely customer-oriented, and it is always atreat to go there for breakfast, lunch or coffee.

Sweet ...sweets good vibes great pastries..plan on going back for lunch one day. Try the Cinnamon pastry its a great size for the price...

They have good chocolate croissants and lemon bars, as well as amazing shortbread cookies. My girlfriend and I, who live down the block from here, got there 5 minutes after closing, but they were kind enough to help us. This, however, has turned my frown upside down! Ive never eaten your food before and it is a scrumptious feast from the eyes to the belly. This is my new go to spot in willow Glen. The pastries are amazing, and they make the best BLT Ive ever had in my life! Plus, they let you pay with your phone, which is totally rad when youre going for a jog and dont want to carry your whole life with you.

I called the store to tell the I was running late. I get there and my order is not ready they tell ne just a few minutes. While Im waiting people come in they get cakes and what nots out of the case and I am still waiting. 20 minutes go by and still no tart. Finally they someone comes out says there was a mix up with my order it will be just a few more minutes. Another 20 minutes, I think they are baking me a new one it is taking so long. Finally I get a box togo. Many apologies from staff member, but nothing more. I get to my party almost 45 minutes later, the traffic you know abd then parking was non existent. And low and behold the tart is totally frozen.F R O Z E N !!!I cant serve this, I cant even cut this large brick, let alone think someone could eat it.I was livid! I called the store. The lady who answered said Oh I was just calling you to say that it needed to sit out for an hour before serving. No one at the store when I was picking it up said they were giving me a frozen tart, because they screwed up!The lady said I will bring you a replacement cake after store closes. Patisserie, florist, cafe? This place has a serious split personality. Another off the beaten path place but i can vouch for the baked good side of things. Came in to get some sweets post meal. Raspberry macaroon was kept a bit on the cold side but the blueberry Danish was out of site. Worker was super friendly and went through the pastry case with us. Who knew a cool joint like this sits in a non descript part of town?
