For a birthday, instead of getting a cake I decided to get customized cinnamon buns from Cinnaholic and man were these mouthwatering delicacies worth it! Each one was pricey at $8 a pop with the toppings, but everyone loved them. It took around 15 minutes to freshly bake these and have them hot and ready for takeout, nicely packaged too. If they get cold make sure to heat them up for a few seconds. There are a few tables inside if you choose to order in. Street parking in downtown San Jose can be notoriously difficult but we were able to find a spot nearby pretty easily. Go check this place out - you wont regret it!

Such a fun & exciting place to come to! This was our first time coming here and the choices to dress your cinnamon roll can be a little overwhelming, but they are amazing. The buns were so warm & soft, just the perfect texture. If you want some flare to your cinnamon buns, look no further!

These are honestly the best cinnamon rolls that Ive ever had. I couldnt believe it when I read theyre 100% vegan! Would definitely recommend if you want any sweet dessert, especially with some coffee.

The smells like a big Cinnamon bun. Is wonderful atmosphere nice people good place have a cinnamon bun. The fragrance of the simmer buns in the wind as you come up to the store well catch your attention real quick.

Guys let me start by saying that Im a 250lb food expert that knows his way around some sweets...lolWhat in the world was this that I ate?A apple pie cinnamon roll I think.The cinnamon roll was real doughy, the cream was runny, the apples were frozen, the caramel was just unnecessary.Was overpriced. The service was good, the location is not quite accessible in car trying to park, and the facility was clean, except the sticky floors.

Wow, Cinnaholic is incredible. 100% vegan, 100% amazing. Theyre reasonably priced and have options for folks craving items other than cinnamon buns like cookie dough and brownies.Theres a loyalty program and they often have vegan pop-ups. What more could you want??

Super fresh and yummy sweets, I am glad to try this place. It is kinda hard to find parking but if there is a public parking available right on basements of this store.If you can not eat the sweet the same day, You can make your order to go, by asking them to wrap your roll and put all the topping aside. I am going to give a 5 star. I was given the wrong order, a total upgrade! I ordered original. I got all kinds of fancy rolls. I wish I took a pic of the strawberry/brownie. The edible cookie dough is fabulous 😋 🤤😋🤤😋🤤😋

Buns are a little too extreme in the flavor category, but overall they are great. For them being vegan, these are probably the best buns you can have!

A friend recommended this place for me and Im glad that I came. This location use to be the Ben & Jerry ice cream but the store got closed down. The size is pretty decent and so far it isnt super sweet. I havent tried the other flavors but would definitely come back again.

If youre lucky you can find street parking nearby. Not too busy during a weekday afternoon. The service is fast - can be in and out in a few minutes. Theres a few tables inside so you can eat the rolls while theyre still hot. The plain cinnamon roll is my favorite; new pizza roll is also good (not too cheesy and comes with marinara sauce).

Had an incredible dinner at Chachos of fish tacos and walking back to hotel stumbled across Cinneholic— rolled the dice, took the plunge and man alive are we GLAD WE DID— hot, fresh, yummy gooey goodness of homemade cinnamon roll heaven!! You select your topping AND your style of frosting and DIG IN! I went simple with a basic almond cream cheese and it was divine!!

Would’ve rated 5 stars if they weren’t so expensive. Amazing vegan cinnamon roll chain. I wish there was a way to modify the sugar levels — I didn’t know the cookie dough was SO sweet. It was delicious though, I’m just not used to eating so much sugar. We split the Cookie Monster among 3 people and it was the perfect size.

We got a Cookie Monster and created our own with cream cheese icing, strawberries, and chocolate chips. The strawberries were very flavorful and overall it was a great experience foodwise!It would definitely be five stars if I were just rating the food, but Im giving it 4 stars because the employees were not friendly. It felt like a burden that we were ordering. The product was amazing though!

Ordered for the first time on door dash, missing a brownie, was charged and doordash couldnt solve this issue!!!???Called, I guess closed 10 min. Before closing time... I placed a good order, why would you skip a brownie.. pathetic

Im writing this review as quickly as I can before succumbing to my Cinnaholic induced sugar coma.Fresh, delicious cinnamon rolls, with all sorts of unique pre conceived combinations to try or make your own.Mine included peanut butter, banana, oreo cookies, and chocolate chip cookie dough. Very tasty.

Updated review: didnt realize that cinnaholic was 100% vegan - couldnt taste that at all. The frosting was good, not sure if i loved the cinnamon role itself though,it was just ok. I think I have to come back and give it another try!Got lucky with parking but it can be hard to find a spot in that area.

Honestly loved this place. Great customer service, yummy cinnamon rolls, amazing toppings, quality ingredients and $5.25 base price isnt bad as long as you dont get too many toppings!

Wasnt bad, but not good enough to justify the price in my opinion. I felt it was a little too sweet, but what did I expect from a cinnamon roll. Im sure this can be adjusted with different toppings.

You don’t need to be vegan to love this place. It’s hands down the most amazing cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. And no, it doesn’t “taste vegan.” And the options are endless!!! It’s going to take me sooo many cheat days to try it all...but I’m committed. My fav so far is the blueberry pie.

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! I placed a large order and being my first time I had lots of questions, the staff was very patient and happy to answer all of my questions. My order was ready on time and done to perfection. Lets talk about the cinnamon rolls, frosting and toppings! AHA-MAZ-ING!!! We got vanilla, cream cheese & coffee frosting. The coffee was a hit or miss. Some people loved it and some did not. Surprisingly, both my kids loved it lol. It tasted like black coffee but without the bitter taste and there was actually coffee grounds in the frosting. I think if I had any advice on improving something, I definitely think they could improve the coffee frosting to have a smoother taste and texture. Everything else was amazing. The cinnamon rolls were soft and extra delicious when heated up a bit! For toppings we got cookie dough and peanut butter cups. Yumm yumm yummy! In addition I provided mini oreo cookies and sprinkles. Everything overall was a hit! We will definitely order in the future! Thanks cinnaholic for helping to make my sons birthday a success!

It opened today so the line was long! Great soft cinnamon rolls. Right in front of SJSU. Theres lots of options for frosting and toppings. Since it was opening day only paid $1 for one. I think the orginal price is around $5. Their service was smooth and fast. While waiting in line they were giving us samples.

Forget the cinnamon rolls, they have the best vegan milkshakes!

Great Cinnamon Rolls! They practice social distancing and they are always wearing a mask. You can order online and call them for pick up and they will bring it to your car. I am not vegan or vegetarian, and these are still the best cinnamon rolls Ive ever had. Plus my friends can eat here because it is all vegan! Great customer service.

Their rolls and cookies are good.Be prepared to SOMETIMES - not always- wait 5 to 10 minutes for a roll, because they make them fresh.The inside is clean and comfortable, but the music is loud & constant.

This place was amazing and its vegan so 5 stars I got a the original cinnamon bun with coconut shavings and strawberries and it was delicious They were good with COVID precautions, and it didnt take too long. Its right in downtown SJ but it wasnt too busy when I went in the weekend mid morning.

I thought it was going to be a little fit but the b u n was big and they put a lot of topping on it just right for the tastings it was really rich and good I would recommend it to anyone that like Cinnabon with an extra sweetness to it very filling for your moneys worth good experience there but the employees need to remember what you told them your name was they got my name wrong when I said the letter G they put down jeans

Great service but the product is so mediocre at most. Had a craving and it wasnt worth it. Baby bun was dry and cream cheese frosting so-so. It was my 1st try. Not going back. Again, great service.

I got a classic roll since it was the first time trying the place. It was just good but not great, especially for the price. I dont mind paying extra for food but only if its worth it. The roll supposedly was just made but it was just warm not hot didnt even melt the frosting all the way. For my taste it was to much frosting . Coffee was horrible, ended up throwing that away completely.

A little pricey, overall tasty. I had higher expectations. Great service. I was happier with the one that was day old, and half the price 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a half dozen to go box (no toppings, just 6 cinnamon rolls with frosting) and I was very disappointed. I was most alarmed by a giant chunk of cinnamon sugar (size of my thumb) shoved in the center. Its texture was very off-putting and nothing like a cinnamon roll. The dough was very good, but I just couldnt get over the giant uncooked cinnamon sugar chunk. Maybe ordering to a classic was my downfall. Overall, a bad taste in my mouth for my first visit and I wont be returning.

Ive been coming to Cinnaholic for at least 9 years when they were only in Berkeley so happy they branched out to alot of locations.Had to stop by to this one perfect in sanjose its the 2nd time I come by and the customer service if fantastic and the rolls are just as delicious!

Amazing that its vegan~ I havent had a vegan cinnamon roll on years. You can customize your roll with different toppings and sauces. My partner and I split a roll topped with cream cheese frosting, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, and fresh strawberries.It was good, wish it had more cinnamon 😜

Cinnamon roll was delicious but oddly light in color, not sure if theyre oven baked. Brownie was awful. Edit: just found out its a vegan place so five stars.

Cinnaholic in not health food, but it is delicious. With about 30 toppings and a million combinations this aint no Cinnabon. The rolls are fresh from the oven and do not contain the massive gooey, super cinnamon boost that the other guys have, which is a nice change, and much less sugary. The cinnamon roll quality has a nice bakery effect and you can go mad on toppings like cream cheese and almond frosting if you need that sugar fix. Delicious!

Ive only had one cinnamon roll here and it was almost bomb. The icing had a very buttery taste, which they may have been going for, but it didnt suit my palate. Ill def go back and maybe try the maple icing. Give yourself a little time when coming here. They take a short while to get your cinnamon roll to you - because they dress it to order and heat it up before serving.

Over all, pretty good. Sweet but not too sweet. Id go here again. The options are nice, price is a little high, and the buns are tasty. Id like to see some better coffee options other than just drip though, and perhaps open a bit earlier. None the less, pretty. Good place for a sweet treat.

Store is FULL vegan! They have tons of options for flavors and you can even make your own. About $6 per roll. I ordered the Cookie Monster, Blueberry Pie, and regular cinnamon roll. All were really tasty and fresh. Totally worth the trip.

You have to live a lot and must go to Cinnaholic and order banana and cream cheese for your topping. They are freshly baked and soooooo cinnaholic. Dont wait take the kids or friends, invite a neighbor just go tryout the vegan pastry and good coffees friendly service.

Ive been here 3 times. The first time I went, I was wearing my birthday tiara. I got a big and hot roll. But the other two times I was disenchanted, they were smaller and not as warm. Still tasty and super sweet, I just feel like for 7 dollars, they should be bigger than a roll the size of a donut.

This place is incredible food is so fresh and crunchy and crispy and tasty the cookie dough is even better. I recommend getting the blueberry pie. Eating these warm is the way to go I haven’t had them cold, it melts in your mouth and you don’t even need a knife to cut it it’s amazing. Definitely going to need some water because they are rich. Everyone needs to try it and bring the whole family

Quickly became a weekly tradition in our house. You wont even care theyre vegan. Im a socket for the classic with vanilla frosting. Dont forget to but a few day-olds to take home at half price.

Ye gods this was the best cinnamon roll in my life! Sizable cinnamon roll and custom toppings, added bonus of being fresh and hot out of the oven.

Cinnaholic has really delicious cinnamon rolls that hit just the right spot! One thing they could improve upon at the store is signage that indicates that they are 100% vegan. The only indicator that they are vegan is a small sticker next to the register that says so. Says they are vegan on website too which is good. I had no issues with the cinnamon rolls at all, but one person in my party claims that they put too much icing on top. We could probably ask for the icing on the side next time. Overall great taste.

The rolls are large and they have a lot of different creams and toppings you can add to your roll. The taste is too sweet though and the roll itself seems to lack substance. Also the prices are higher than other cinnamon roll shops.

I had a cookie monster and it was phenomenal. I had never had anything like this before. Please do consider opening outlets in India.

Love this place. Their cinnamon rolls are much like Cinnabons were, except customizable. Sweet and rich and chewy and cinnamon-sugary, and most recently for me, loaded with chopped strawberries. Yum.

Was happy to see a vegan place for cinnamon rolls right in the beginning of fall, but I must say this was a disappointment as the only taste I got out of it was sugar, not even cinnamon. It would be great if they could deliver on taste.

The price is typical for the area, the buns are good and parking is street parking (meters) and the are checked so make sure you have time on it.
