I visited lush today with my boyfriend. I have been shopping there for years but he was a first-timer today! Amelie helped us find the right items we needed & really knew about the recommendations she was giving. It was such a great time that I even forgot I was at the mall, I was so invested in the descriptions she was giving because Lush is just such a great place to shop! I do wish we could refill our containers but I was told today, by Amelie, that we could bring in the little black pots so they can be re-used & recycled! I love this place & will be back soon. I loveeeee the snow fairy scent.

Great customer service!Employee really knew her stuff, so loved all the products she recommended. Prices are a bit high, but worth paying for a brand with great ethics. I do wish we could reuse our containers.

Great staff really helped me get what I needed. The employee with the purple hair was so sweet and took her time to make sure I got what I needed.

I absolutely love LUSH products. I refuse to buy bath bombs from anywhere else now. I’m happy with how this particular store is handling shopping during the pandemic. Capacity inside is limited, hand sanitizer is provided, and samples are given out individually. Customer service is excellent too!!

This venue is a little cramped for a lush store. The service is as good as you always expect from a company like lush, its just a little hard to look around when they have crammed all there different products and many employees into such a small space. Some of the new bath bombs are a little strange.

Love the products. the store in oakridge mall is small, unlike the one in valley fair. The product choices have reduced during covid-19... But the service is as always very nice

I was here on Tuesday afternoon and the staff was amazing! Its summer so parents with kids were walking around and the two young women (eventually a third employee came in as well) working were so great at engaging with them. I appreciate that they treated the kids and the parents as equal customers.I went in having a general idea of what I wanted and the employee helped me pick out the specific ones I left with. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything extra than what I came for and I appreciate that.I will definitely return to this location.

Very friendly staff that are very willing to give demonstrations and samples as well with guiding you to the product youre looking for. Prices are steep, I understand their products are vegan, ethical and all that but man these prices hit hard sometimes. Do the amazing scents make up for the prices? Probably, which is why I keep coming back.

Very helpful staff! ...even over phone! Gave suggestions on me not wanting any dye in bath bombs... didnt get upset at my very detailed requests.

Love the bath bombs and all the lotions! Such unique scents that I live for! I have gotten so many amazing gifts from here and these products are the perfect gift to give to anyone! They have scents anyone and everyone will enjoy!

I like this Lush store because it wasnt crowded but that was probably because I was there on New Years day. I was the only one in the store. The workers were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly. I ended up buying a few facial products.

THE spot for amazing affordable brushes. Store is hip and set up real nice everything is very organized and lots of sales associates to help. Great place to buy if youre building a makeup artist travel kit.

Amazing service I was just there to smell soaps and they gave me an amazing hand treatment. Everything is amazing. I love the bath bombs there. They are very true to their Moto. I go there for their amazing lotion and their soothing lip scrubs. Perfect for the perfect bath time.

Great brand, staff is always friendly and helpful, and they something give samples with purchase of new items or things you may like! Take advantage of the staff and get something exactly for your skin/ hair type, or scent preference.

Staff are like catty high school girls. love lush and their products but i dislike this location and their staff. did not approach me to help as i walked in to a nearly empty shop. had a buy one get one sale going on and after staring at her for maybe 15 seconds she approached me. i asked about the sale and she showed me the products included. i said this was great as your shop is pricy and it’s nice that you have a sale. i wasn’t as upset until she smacked her lips together and went “that’s because we’re fair trade.” moving along i brought my 1, not on sale bath bomb to the counter. different girl was hesitant to give me a bag. i asked if i could load $10 to this gift card and this one was snotty and “the minimum is $15.” i asked if i could take the card with me and load it at a later time, then she turned to her coworker to whisper to her. i couldn’t get a yes or a damn no about thisgift card. she just went on and on about how those cards are reloadable and blah blah i just wanna know if i can take the damn card. Then i went to use apple pay and we’re sitting there and sitting there and it’s not working. she asked if i did it right, of course i did it right i use apple pay everyday. further more i believe these staff are uneducated on their computer and pin pad used in the store, as well as are pretentious.

The absolutely amazing and helpful sales associate was not only able to allow us to try on a lot of their products and give us some samples, but also introduced me and my friends to a product line I hadnt known they had such as their hair care products along with their tiger balm infused massage bar.

I have loved Lush since the first time I squeezed into a packed tiny store in Covent Garden in the late 1990s. I love that even as the company has expanded the staff are consistently well trained, friendly and attentive. The products are beautifully made and almost good enough to eat as they are made without artificial ingredients. I love the bath bombs and use the Caca Rouge for my hair.Their products are not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every penny. If I need cheering up I sometimes go in for a treat and a chat.

Many options and very friendly staff. Free samples even! It can be a bit overwhelming though with all the extreme smells. Also, it is usually filled with people. Very expensive too, but that is to be expected
