Terrible car wash service. They didn’t give us a refund after the car wash didn’t wash our car.

The Lady Cashier was so kind and let me use the bathroom, really appreciated it.

I walk in to get car wash and some beverages yesterday. With pink shirt employee name Lucky. She offered me loop reward program. Program she offers is awesome. Excellent customer service she provided me. I got $5 off.

I came here for car wash this morning at 6am. Always slow cashier. They keep discussing things behind the desk and keep customers waiting. Waited 10+ mins.Car wash: My car still has bird poops all over it after getting the 11$ premium wash. I didnt check the car after wash, if I might have checked it, I would have got my money back. I still have the receipt with me.

I honestly only come here for the car wash! Very convenient, sometimes long wait yet it gets the job done for a decent price.

I Went at 3am to buy a drink and was told by the employeesIt was closed because the floor was moped earlier and was told not to enter and the employee said buy this instead.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
