I have been a regular at East Hills Vision Care since the 1990s. My wife and both kids (20 and 19 now) have been seen by Dr. Jung and the good staff there and they have actually seen my kids grow up. They have always been very professional and accommodating.

The assortment of designer frames is second to none and provide options in any price range. I would seriously have to be paid to leave this office, they are that wonderful.

The East Hills Vision Care is a great center with fantastic doctors and staff. From the moment when you are greeted by Ms. Anne and the staff, you feel that you are among friends. The doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite is doctor Barbara Jung who fitted me with the best lenses ever.

The staff here is so professional and so nice!! They make it easy to find a great looking pair of glasses that look great on me too!!The optometrists are so kind and thorough and really explain everything super well so that I could even understand what “Vitreous detachment” meant and it didn’t freak me out!! Dr. Trish is the best!!

I broke my glasses and Googled eye glass store near me. They were the closest ones to me. I walked in and explained the situation. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. They fixed my glasses free of charge and I ended up scheduling an eye exam and now Im waiting on my new pair of glasses i ordered! Because my present ones are way overdue for retirement! They are wonderful

East Hills Vision Care is the best place I have ever visited for my eye care.with their amazingly great customer service and very friendly employees that are always willing to help with every question. I have had a couple of my contacts rip on me and I was scared they would not do anything for me. Well little did i know they had them returned and had new ones delivered in a matter of 2 weeks!! it was great knowing they understood and helped me out. Dr. Bic Trinh was very welcoming and detailed. She defined and explained terms I was not familiar with. Listened to my concerns and I felt she went above and beyond in the care of my eyes. I have worn contacts/glasses for many years so I was familiar with the routine eye examinations and what to expect but this time the exam was different in a positive way. I never felt rushed and she explained every step why she was conducting every exam /equipment she was using. I am going to have new insurance but I really enjoyed my experience that I would not mind to come back and pay out of pocket if needed to. The front staff was very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Chris was really accommodating with my contact lenses during this pandemic even though my prescription had expired. And he also hooked up my sister with her lenses and mailed them to her in Hollister. Thank you EHVC!

Everyone was very friendly and accomodating for my daughters first eye exam. The assistants and Dr. Jung explained everything in detail and made sure we understood the results.

I love this place! The personnel was extremely nice and punctual. I had a 9AM appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. On top of that, they have a great selection of glasses. I would highly recommend them.

I have been coming here for many years now. Dr. Hom and the staff are always courteous and friendly. They know me pretty well and I like that they are open on Saturday. It makes it convenient. I have a few family members going here as well.

I love the staff and have been going here for years! They always know my name and greet me and are always working with me for whatever my meds after at that time. I will continue to go here. I have seen all of the doctors and have no complaints.

I had a great exam, they used new technology that had come out since my last exam. I always find glasses in an eye doctors shop to run much higher then say Costco. But my ex bought his pair here 2 yrs ago and has had nothing bad to say about them. He loved them. So I am trying the new digitally measured bifocals and Crizol lenses this time, basically all the bells & whistles. Cost with my insurance $450+.I will post a follow up once I have them.

Was a long time customer for 18 years. But the last 3 times. They messed up my glasses so bad all 3 times I just had to change optometrists. So sad because this place was so great but has lost care for customer satisfaction. This last time my glasses were great when I tried them on for the first time in the store. Then when they came back to try them on with the prescription they were over sized. They attempted to fix them and no luck. I asked for a refund or different pair. They claimed is was not possible because they already changed my insurance. So Im left with $750 paperwaits.

Been coming here for about 4 years. Always friendly and very good with kids. Dr. Ngo always has a smile and very patient with my son. My son will be asking 21 questions and Dr. Ngo always answer each on of them.Im glad I found them.

Very warm and friendly staff. Helpful during and after the exam.Location a little tricky, depending on the time of day. Cross traffic can be a problem. But appointment times to fit your needs

I have been to more than 5 different optometry clinics in my lifetime. I change it up every 2-5 years due to moving. The two factors I value the most in picking a new optometrist (via Yelp) is the staff and how quickly I can get in and out.I am happy to say East Hill Vision exceptionally pass those two tests with flying colors. They have an incredibly friendly staff that greet you as you come in. If you have an appointment, they will greet you by name!As for efficiently, I was in and out in 35 minutes. Thank you Dr. Chris Ngo!Dr. Ngo is truly a professional. He reminds me of an Asian Doogie Howser. I enjoyed his humor, stories, and lunch recommendations (there are a lot of good restaurants around the area).
