Omg! This is the best place in San Jose! Super cute, cozy and stylish! Reminds me of the best cafes in Europe — amazing interior and exterior decor which you probably wont find anywhere else in the North California! Food was great as well, wonderful place for breakfasts or brunches — lots of egg options and yummy drinks!
I love the place more than the food I had the custard toast, iced green tea, Vietnamese egg coffee, and the waffle chicken. The custard toast was creamy and the strawberries added some freshness and it went really well together. I would want more fruits on it though. For the waffle chicken the chicken was crispy, hot and seasoned well but I was very disappointed about the waffle it was crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside and it tasted like plastic and oil, the whipped cream and fruit added some freshness to it. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and the egg cream added some nice fluff to the drink, the iced green tea is brewed tea. This place is very beautiful the indoor dining gave me very cute pink wedding vibes but the outside seating was like ancient Rome because it had a lot of statures, olive trees, vines and lights. They sell other things like jewelry and skin care products. I love the place more than the food this is the perfect place to look at everything and a good place to take pictures and go with your friends or to study. The outside seating is kinda loud because of the cars passing by and its very hard to find parking. The employees were nice, and overall I had a good experience looking at everything but the food is just not it (the fried chickens good though).
The decorations and ambience are beautiful, and the food was good. We ordered the shrimp toast, fruit crowned waffle and custard toast. The toast was amazing, but the waffle was almost too crispy when we would have liked it more fluffy.Their drinks were amazing! 100% would recommend the mango peach slushie. It’s not cheap, but for the price you’re actually getting a really full cup.Our main gripe was with the wait. We waited almost 30 to 40 minutes? Just to put our order in. The line wasn’t even long, we were second or third in line, but for some reason the cashiers were not taking orders for the people in front of us. I don’t know the reason for such crowd control when there was more than enough seating indoors and outdoors. Half of the outdoor seats weren’t being used. Additionally, although the plating is beautifully done, if you’re going to make the place self-service, the plates should be smaller and easier for customers to carry and cutlery more accessible.
Very cute cafe and tea house. Be prepared to wait to order food and get a table. Once you order, service to get your food is good, you receive one of their pagers. You can use one of their umbrellas as it can get too hot while waiting in line.Their teas and coffee taste amazing. The decor is very cute - reminds of me Alice in Wonderland.
The vibe is one of the primary reasons to come here and take selfies with friends. They have spent quite a bit of time decorating the spatial extent of the cafe and it does put you in a floral mood. I had the salmon Benedict which was decent except for the over indulgence of hollandaise sauce. The egg latte had an appropriate amount of caffeine w.r.t to the milk and was strikingly close to South Indian filter coffee. Definitely worth visiting with friends for a cheery sunny afternoon
The place is beautifully decorated! Always love a colorful brunch place. However, this place doesn’t have any vegan or even Vegetarian options. The only entree we could try as vegetarians was the classic breakfast - 2 eggs. Eggs were supposed to be any-style but upon asking they weren’t able to make omelets. Additionally, they only have the option of croissants with egg. No healthier options for toast. The croissants also turned out to be a bit soggy. Plus the whole plate was extremely oily and off putting. Taking off another star due to the meaty smell in the cafe which totally overrules the Parisian vibe and decor.
I usually don’t care for high tea lunches because of the selections offered. I only went if it was for someone’s birthday. This is one of the best!! This high tea spot definitely stands apart from all the other ones I’ve been to in San Jose and San Francisco.PROS-DOG FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-Nice and clean outdoor seating-excellent service and friendly attentive staff-clean and beautiful decor (inside)-Everything was so beautiful including all of the little details like the tea set and teaspoon & fresh flowers :)-Great menu selection and high tea menu packages-We got the KFAM high tea menu and it was good. We were so stuffed!-Everything tasted good, beautiful presentation, generous portions, and everything tasted fresh.-The taro and Matcha egg latte was so delicious! Highly recommend.-Salmon & classic eggs Benedict dishes were good. Eggs cooked perfectly and tasty hollandaise sauce.-The savory high tea items were delicious.-sweet high items were so cute, perfect bite sizes, fresh sweet fruits, and the parfaits were my favorite. Will definitely be back again.
The place is gorgeous. Really beautiful decoration full of flowers indoors & outdoors. I guess nowadays its called Instagrammable. The indoors ambience is cozy with various seating options.I had a slice of triple chocolate cake and it tasted good. Not out-of-the-worldly good but flavorful and not sugary. I kinda missed more patisserie options, though. Maybe I just visited in a bad time? From the menu it also seemed that there wasnt much juice options. Maybe that wouldnt bother too many people but as a non-coffee person there wasnt much for me there and had to go with fresh water.
Youre paying for ambiance more than anything. They should consider adding mimosas. The food was ok, our chicken was undercooked. Didnt get a chance to try the pastries because most were sold out.
I’ve been a fan of this cafe since it opened. The owner put a lot of effort into decor...and then COVID hit this year and they had to shut down twice. She has since reopened for takeout and delivery. Check out the website for their brunch sets for 1-2 people, it’s great for staying at home. You can also order dishes and drinks (teas, coffees) separately. I highly recommend stopping by yourself so you can see the decor and look through the outdoor patio!
This place is super cute, really good boba, but the waffles were very average and did not taste fresh :/
A super super cute and aesthetic cafe! When I walked in I wasnt sure if I was entering a Disney attraction or a coffee shop and it was definitely the perfect blend of the both. I was surprised by how full it was on a Sunday afternoon but we found seating pretty quick even so. I got the vanilla coconut black tea and it wasnt too sweet but it was super unique and really refreshing after a rainy day. This place is so so very cozy and very comfortable for catching up with friends and would recommend to anyone looking to have a chill time!
The workers are super nice and friendly. i love coming here and the boba is really good. i recommend trying it out if you haven’t already.
Waited for what felt like 40 minutes on the sidewalk for my order to finally be taken. Theres one guy at the register and he disappears into the kitchen after he takes each order(probably to help cook). There were no seats available once we got our order and nobody was in any hurry to leave once they finished their meals. Food was cold. My stepfather got a warm can of coke with no ice cups! The pastries were tasty but we spent 90 dollars for 4 meals. Horrible service and dirty tables.
It is a nice little place but please provide more healthy options and stop promoting sugar so much!!
Very cute place, sort of like Alice in wonderland feeling. Flowes and plants, nice outdoor seating Drinks could have been better and pricy
Cute atmosphere. Staff very nice. Try to come before lunch rush. Food detection was fair. Not many vegetarian options
You have my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation! Im a customer of yours, and Im very happy with the services you have. Your colleagues were very polite and considerate. They were also enthusiastic about filling the customers orders, and they did so quickly. Its a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. If youre looking for a relaxing place to visit, this coffee shop is ideal.
Real men drink tea on pink sofas while pink flowers hang down from the wall above. Sooo, youre looking at a real man right here. What up!?But for real, this place is adorable, actually quite cozy, and the drinks are delicious...or at least the flan coffee I had, which was creamy, decadent, and not too sweet (I asked for the least sweet sweetness level). I gotta give a shout out for the great customer service. Person at the counter answered our questions, explained a few drinks, and even brought some samples of other drinks to our table. 5 stars for that alone.I might have to make this a regular spot to get work done and get my sip on. Dibs on the big pink couch along the wall.
We visited this place first time for Valentine’s Day and it was really good decision to come! Place looks awesome all decor as indoor as well as outdoor looks awesome! It is really wonderful place that makes you happy being in its dreamy atmosphere! For Valentine’s Day they had lovely option of cake set. The options of drinks is very unusual. Actually I was looking for this kind of cozy pastry place in San Jose and it’s great that now it’s possible to escape from your daily routine and enjoy cup of vanilla tea with delicious cakes.
Id like to express my gratitude to your bartender for a wonderful cup of coffee a week ago. The atmosphere of your coffee shop drew me in because it was so chic and elegant. I didnt feel it was appropriate to ask you any additional questions. You have my best recommendation!
It has a very inviting ambiance, beautiful decor that makes it worth inviting friends for a cup of coffee or boba drink. I tried matcha eggpuccino, quite interesting flavor and you could tell how potent the matcha powder is. When we visited, it was their first week opening. There wasn’t any appealing pastry to try yet. Otherwise, I would have given them 5*.
Really pretty place but wish they had vegan food options
Whats the easiest way to get to Paris? Air France..? Nope, this cafe!!It is the most gorgeous cafe I have ever seen hands down! (Get ready to get some DOPE IG photos). Also, before I forget they have the most friendly staff too! (Wilson, you are the BEST!)It is so magnificent, you enter and you feel like you are in a different world altogether. The high ceiling with hundreds of flower garlands and super duper lighting, this cafe is a dream come true! (Fact: It took this dream 6 months to come true!!).With ample seating outside and inside, you will find yourself getting cosy here in no time! (They have heaters outside which they turn on around 5)It doesnt end there! Their menu is as grand as their looks. Want Boba? They have it. Iced coffee? They got it. Craving some Tiramisu? You will get that here as well! From custard toasts to eggpuccinos, they got it all!!I tried a couple of their items on my last visit, heres my take on them:Chocolate Toast: 5/5 Toast with chocolate, it just can’t better 😍Custard Toast: 5/5 This one came as a surprise. I wasn’t expecting it to be a 5 level good but it was amazing! The fruit toppings added so much to the taste of it! Yummm!!Creme Brûlée: 4/5 Good quantity but a bit too sweet for me. (Oops!)Chocolate croissant: 4/5Coffees: The coffee cups are so cute but it would have been so much better if they served them in reusable cups rather than disposable ones!Coffee Latte: 5/5 Loved it! The coffee was perfect blend of coffee milk, nothing too much and nothing too less! It somehow reminded me of coffee at my grandma’s house, so good! Will definitely recommend trying this on your first visit!Eggpuccino: I was a bit dubious on if I should give it a try or not (I mean egg and coffee, not sure right?) BUT this drink surprisingly was better than the regular coffee! The drink came in two cups, one smaller with coffee and another bigger one with the egg froth. The ideal way is to sip coffee and then the foam, like I said it was delicious!!I’ll definitely go again and many times more, you don’t get such a good packaged cafe afterall ♥️

One of those places that you want to come back to, especially because of the ambiance. I gotta say that the prices are higher than average $6~$7/drink. As is with Woof Bar, its probably because of the ambiance. I havent found a cafe as girly-floral-pretty as this in the Bay (usually its more hipster vibes or modern rustic). The last time, it was in Socal (i.e., Morning Lavender Cafe).Anywho, Im glad I found this place because its beautiful. I liked the inside a lot better than the outside though (idk, I felt like it looked a little messy outside with all the garden deco). As for the drinks, the ones we got were flavorful and unique:-Matcha Latte (got less sweet): It has a distinct matcha taste that balanced the milk base well; the drink was soothing and smooth-Taro Eggpuccino: Super thick, rich, creamy, and sweet. I personally really liked it. As with thee other special drinks, it comes with a small cup of tea (helps to clean the palette like ginger, as said by one of the workers). If youre hosting a bridal shower/baby shower, or just want a cute place to come and chat at, I think K Patisserie is worth a shot.
Unique jewel of San Jose. Amazing selection of tasty beverages and food. But of course the main advantage is the interior.
Drinks and food were very good and staff is very kind and accommodating. But I would not come here again without a reservation. We waited for about 45min before we were able to order
The atmosphere is lovely and the food is pretty good. However, the staff wasnt very attentive and did not correctly prepare our order. The drinks are horribly sweet.. So much so that our group lost their appetites and suffered a sugar overload. 😕
Beautiful beautiful decor, good ambiance, Instagram worthy for sure. I had a chai cappuccino and it was pretty good.
Beautiful place and vibes with some good coffee collection.
Worst customer service ever, You will be greeted with a very rude cashier at the register then after you placed your order which is way overpriced then once your order is ready the will give you order like McDonalds in a paper bag, if you ask for Tray then they will tell you they cant it is only availbe for reservation customers however you have paid the similar dollar for the same service, they wont even bring your order to your table when I asked them WHY the arrogant girl behind the counter started to argue with me and after I walked away she started laughing and whispering to her other friend behind the counter and the whole time we where there she was giving us attitude and the look, funny thing is the will turn their iPad around and will ask you for tip I give them 20% tip for no service I feel like I was robbed. I WONT COME AGAIN, IF YOU CAN AVOID IT GOOD FOR YOU INSTEAD FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
Hella good..
DISAPPOINTED. waited 40 minutes to get a table. And waited for another 40 minutes to have the table cleaned from last customers’ leftover. Can’t make reservation for “daily menu” so we walked in found that the server only answer to high tea customers who “made their reservations weeks ago”.And for food, there was barely any choice on Sunday evening as the kitchen was apparently not well prepared for weekend dinner and ran out of materials early. In general, don’t come here on weekend and better arrange high tea reservations only since you will be IGNORE if you come to order random food on the counter.
Epic atmosphere. Very floral and garden like. Outside and indoor seating with soft chairs and sofa. Good milk tea. Smaller drink menu but good size cups. Pastries and small baked goods. Open late for the type of place. Will visit again.
Please dont waste your time on this place! We had a reservation for mothers day, and after being seated we had to wait an hour before even getting some water. Then they forgot half our order, the other half was all of a sudden unavailable because they ran out, while the table next to us just got the same dish delivered. We asked to speak to a manager and at first they were supposedly busy, and after another 30 minutes they lied and said there was no manager there that day.So, horrible service, lying staff, and no indication or attempt to make things right. They need to decide if they want to run this as a coffee shop or a restaurant. It is obvious they cant handle restaurant style reservations and customers. The only reason to go here is to study how NOT to run a business.
Decent coffee and dessert, not too bad for that part of town, ready to pay $$$ for a nice chair and table (like most of Bay Area anyways).
2nd time here. Were not coming back here. The wait to put the order in is rediculous. 40 min wait just to put the order in, then long wait for food to be ready. Plan a whole day if you want to eat here.
The dome looks a fake in close lol. The line is pretty long, service is long and the Benedict is way too runny. The seat are very limited during lunch time
Vietnamese coffee with Korean vibe. If you love Vietnamese coffee, this is the place.
Great atmosphere, everything from the outdoor seating to the indoor decorations and furniture were very unique.
Cute little cafe that reminds me of Japan or Korea with the floral decor.
The Cafe is nice but the wait is horrible, hardly no place to sit. Staff just allows people to sit around and talk. While others wait ! The wait I to long breakfast was cold . First experience and last !!
I went with my fiancé on Mother’s Day and we ordered eggs Benedict & the chicken & waffles and the food was tasteless & had no flavor... the coffee taste like water... the only good thing about the place is the ambiance sorry but won’t be coming here again.
Milk teas are delicious. I would pass on the mojito coffee and pastry next time.
Beautiful decorations and good coffee and dessert..
Delicious drinks and great customer service! Loyal customer for many years now. Highly recommended.
Pretty cafe, korean style
Beautiful place! Yes, its a great place to take pictures. I think that is a great idea. You get to be in a beautiful environment and eat great sweets and tea. I liked the tea, not love. The cakes are good and I enjoyed myself. Its a great place to hang out with your friends and have fun. Its a rare 💎 gem.
Beautiful ambience and decor!! Delicious baked goods
Meh. Literally went because a friend wanted to take pictures there. We paid $18 for 2 coffees and a pastry. I got the matcha latte with oat milk, it was ok.Youre paying for a location to take pictures. I call these Instagram Cafes! Theres so many selfies going on that I dont think anyone would want to get some work done there. (Youd be in everyones pictures in the background haha)Most importantly for me, we said we were eating there and the drinks STILL came in to-go cups! Unnecessary use of plastic! I personally wont be back.
We waited 15 mins to order food and I am just standing there watching cashier doing nothing but not helping us to place order. Then we waited another 20mons to get our table cleaned. The table was nasty from the last table, and we’ve been asking the waiter multiple times to clean it up, and no one responded. My friend even accidentally used the napkin from last table which is very disgusting especially during the COVID situation, and this is all because no one would clean the table for us for 20 minutes. Finally, someone did come to clean, but was about to take my dish that I just ordered! The management is so Messed up! Don’t open for business if you cannot manage the customer flow.
Parking sucks, but great place.
Nice people good service and decor .
Nice for pics but customer service is bad. Takes way too long to get order and are infested with roaches in the garden area. Bad parking that takes up the whole neighborhoods parking. Bad area to have a cafe at. Very pricey and the food isn’t worth the price they might plate it pretty but looks are deceiving.
I love the Vietnamese egg coffee is so tasty, nothing like it. But theyve made the cup size for it smaller with the same price which isnt right. I hope they change it back or reduce the price to respect customers.
Beautiful atmosphere but very small and hard to find seating inside during peak times. A lot of outdoor seating - on a busy/loud main road though. They have hot and cold teas (boba too) and pastries but the service was just ok.
Beautiful Cafe indeed however; service took long because they only have one cashier. I ordered 1 drink and it took at least 15 minutes.
Matcha Eggpuccino is bomb.... absolutely amazing.
Terrible service, Vietnamese own, open at 9:05am ! and workers still vacume & preping outside tables. we waited at side entrance but worker open front entrance for later group to head in first. damn, I will never come back .here again.
Staff that is friendly! A good variety of coffee is available. Coffee prepared correctly. Its fantastic!!!
Its always Great in here 😍😍😍 Very Friendly staff 😁😁😁 Every week im here, and I am waiting for their cake 😃😃😃
End up getting a really cute abd beautiful girl after a coffee and dessert here
Egg latte is worth the hype! Also very pretty cafe
Beautiful place, but HORRIBLE Service!! Bad Attitudes and the food is over priced and was served Cold. Too bad cause the place is so pretty.
They have the bad customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They made me wait for 40 minutes telling me that our order will take that long. After waiting for 40min they told me we will need to wait for another 35 min this is absolutely ridiculous. They should of told me before placing the order that it will take this long. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste there time there absolutely waste of time. we wasted 2 hours and we had to cancel our other plans due to that
In the busy city,it was a pleasure to get an excellent sandwich and great coffee. The atmosphere of the café is relaxing and pleasant.
Cute ambiance & food & drink was excellent
Very nice ambience.very cute coffee/tea shop.
An absolute gem. The Boba tea is excellent and the owner is very sweet and helpful. Definitely would recommend!
Over priced but nice. $6 for a tea (* in a paper/ to go cup!). $7.50 for a slice of pie or cake???
In A Nutshell:-K Cafe Patisserie & Tea House is your neighborhood magical getaway in the developing section of West San Jose.-Here youll find a beautiful, manicured garden w/ outside seating.-Inside youll be adorned w/ a plethora of artificial flower arrangements, bird cages and chandeliers for your viewing pleasure.-Good luck trying to find a seat b/c this place is packed.-Their coffee is outstanding by the way!Overall, this is a very unique place to check out.
This place is new, so the menu is not complete, and it should not be judged harshly as they are making new items and perfecting the items that are already on the menu. When we visited today, the owner came out and talked to us, and was very nice, talking about the process he went through to open this store, find the products he used to make the teas, etc. This place has amazing customer service for being new, and the employees seem to be trained very well. This is probably the best service you will get at a cafe such as this place, something which I hope they keep up. The items that they serve (that I tried) are amazing, and they deserve every last star in this rating. Their outdoor seating is dog friendly, and their decoration and atmosphere of the establishment is amazing. This is a must-visit place in San Jose.
So nice to sit outside in the sun. Nice coffee drinks as usual.
Line never moved. We had to leave after an hour of waiting in line to order.
An amazingly magically decorated coffee/tea pastry shop. It is french inspired, and the decor shows this. I had the chocolate eggpuccino, and I have to say it was AMAZING! So it comes with a black tea as a chaser .. however this is better used as a palette cleanser than anything. The drink is SUPER rich, and the tea helps keep the thick sweet, smooth party going through the entire cup. Every sip was like the first. The baked goods look delicious as well. Certainly cant wait to come back and try this gem again.
Oh my God! This place is sooo magical. Its so floral and cute! Its like a cute garden, you feel like leaving in a painting. Great menu, tasty pastries and great ambiance. I can live here forever. I definitely recommend it. It is a must go place for south bay residents!
I highly highly recommend k cafe!! The flan coffee is SO good. The little chunks of flan and coffee jelly are DELICIOUS. If your looking for a bold creamy sweet coffee drink with awesome textures. Look no further my friend.
I like the staff and menu but the toilets were too dirty.
Looked ok from outside, we walked in, not much was on display, read their menu, super expensive, and their was a bad food/kitchen smell. So just turned around and left.
This cafe is for aesthetics alone. Very brightly lit with lots of props and seating, nice for a party or hangout, Instagram fame only. The Costs are way higher than comparable cafes but service is very bad, staff is not interested in answering questions or helping with customization. Almost seemed annoyed at having to bring at work. Seems like everything is pre mixed but there are signs everywhere saying they can alter sweetness? So basically they are contradicting themselves. I asked if basic coffee can be made without sugar and server said she didn’t know? How can you not know Your own drinks? Definitely do not recommend unless you only want to take photos.
Love the atmosphere..The owner K is fantastic!
