My mom and I came in today ready to buy a phone. Yet they walk passed by us, without asking if we needed help. Then when we are ready to purchase a phone they kept making me by an iPhone. When I said I wanted Samsung they said they dont have it. Then they said if I wanted the Samsung I must open a new account to purchase the phone. I dont get this treatment to other Metro PC but this location have the worst customer service ever.

Terrible experience at this place. It is located at Vietnamtowm Mall Plaza. I wanted to buy two new phones and lines. Their schedule here on Google says they open from 8am to 9pm on weekdays. I got there last Friday, October 16th, at 7:55pm. Doors WERE OPEN. Two guys were on the customer desk. One of them said to me, very disrespectfully Were closed. I said But the schedule says you guys open until 9pm, and he was Sorry, were closed.This ways the worst way to treat a potential customer. They missed the opportunity to make a couple of hundreds. I will make sure not to ever go to that place again.
