Yesterday I was driving back from SF and was having problems with my phone. I couldnt make calls, send text messages or use any data. I pulled off the freeway and saw a Verizon store off of Holger way. I walked in the store extremely frustrated and talked to Jason. Within a couple of minutes Jason calmed me down while he was working on my phone. Jason was extremely professional and patient with me. My phone is now working perfect now. I highly recommend coming into this store for all your Verizon needs. On a plus note there is no wait time so you can get out in a timely manner. Definitely stoked on this store!

Two employees helping two customers. Took them at least 20 minutes to acknowledge I was even in the store. I was only there for a new sim card since mine went bad. Was in-and-out in about 5 minutes once I was helped. It seems like they could use some additional help or be better at multi-tasking with customers.

Gavin was SUPER helpful! I lost my phone and he got me a new iPhone ON THE SPOT! He even sent my old phone in to get fixed. Thanks Gavin! You are the MAN!
