I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, they were charging $329 for a cracked screen fix. I would not recommend. The person helping me was also very unprofessional they did not seem to know anything about my phone, I feel like he was scamming me.

I had a great experience. We called ahead, they had a replacement screen for my iPhone X, they said we should come drop it off. But when I got there, he said hed just do it for me quickly so I wouldnt have to leave and come back in the heat. Super considering and nice of him to drop everything to help me out. Will definitely come here again if I have to!

Very speedy service and everything was fixed perfectly! Looked like I had a new phone! Getting cracked iPhone 7 screen is about $130-200 at Apple. Here it was $100. Also you get a 3 month warranty. I used this and again everything back to perfect again! The shop owner was extremely sweet and nice, he was supposed to take a late lunch and he cut it short to get my phone done within 1 hour - 45 min. Super honest and helpful guy and quality service. I always use CPR for my cell repairs & have used for my I pads also they are quick & well priced but there service is second to none. The mall repairs are scuzzy people & can’t be trusted like this company. I always send my friends & kids & everyone we know. Very few companies have staff like CPR. This is TDP for all who know me in the Window Industry!

I called the night before and he gave me accurate cost information. Came the next morning and got it fixed in a couple hours. Very prompt, friendly, and reliable. 5/5 will come again if I had too. (Hopefully not soon though!)

I highly recommend this place if you need a shattered phone screen repaired! They tell you exactly what the repair will cost and there are no sneaky fees or anything like that. I dropped my shattered iPhone off on a Friday night at 5:00 pm and picked it up at 6:30 pm. The phone looked brand new!

Had them replace iPhone 8 screenWhen I got it back the home button was misaligned and SIM card was not installed correctly and the microphone didnt work. Few days after the screen cracks from the inside out. They refused to fix any of it and wanted to charge me. It was less than a month. The parts the use are the cheap stuff you find on eBay. Be better off fixing it myself.

I went to cpr to get my I phone screen changed, my speaker was not working good as well, the tech fixed it both while I waited their price was almost half of what I was told on the phone by 2 other locations, good price/ great service. I will definitely go back there again if needed for sure.

I keep breaking things and Aaron has to keep fixing them. At least when I do need repairs, I know this is the place to go...for personal or work devices. A phone call to me when finished so super efficient. Sad when things break, but happy to know I have a place to go to.

2 year old S7 Battery swelling. Started to heat up and split back cover seam. There is always the option of getting the manufacturers and/or distributors involved. Then shipping/waiting/shipping/cost and no phone in the mean time. Brought it in, the battery was the culprit. Repaired and it was available the same day.Im an engineer - in my opinion, they were knowledgeable, had the part, did excellent repair job and all in the same day. Use them.

I tried a couple of phone repair stores but they were not able to fix the broken screen of my Nokia 7.1. This guy fixed it :-). It took some days before the replacement screen was there, so be prepared for that.

Was able to fix my ipad, which apple said could not be fixed.

Cant complain... dropped my iPhone 5s off with a cracked screen, went to Target and came back to a brand new phone. He tossed on a screen protector too, and the total was $65... much better than the $120 that Apple quoted me.

I dropped of my cell phone past Monday for a written estimate, the gentleman behind the counter was very accommodating. It has only been two days, I am still waiting for a response. I will update this review as it goes.

Im very happy about the great job they did repairing my Samsung SG4 phone. I was told these guys were good, but because they were further away, I first called then dropped in at 2 other repair stores - both gave me quotes of up to $180 to replace the full front side of the phone. I called this store and they said they could do the repair for $99. And they did. I believe it was Brandon that helped me. Courteous, professional, and did a great job. If theres a next time, I wont waste timing shopping around to other repair stores.

Awesome Shop! Broke the screen on my htc evo 4g and needed my phone fixed ASAP. After calling three other repair shops and learning that they didnt have the necessary parts to fix my phone in stock, I called CPR. They informed me that they had the parts, and could have it fixed within an hour. They actually fixed it in about 45 minutes! Great customer service, great prices, and quality work!

I went in to get my Nexus 5x screen replaced. All in all, it took me about a month to get my phone back in working order:1. They didnt have the screen in stock, and it took a week to order.2. The first screen was defective, so they returned my phone with its cracked screen (cue another order).3. The next screen seemed to work, but after a few days it started acting up-- it wouldnt accept input, it would respond when I wasnt touching it, and sometimes the screen would go completely dark. That was covered under their warranty, so they ordered another screen (and I got to wait another week).4. That screen finally worked, and my phone is back to normal.That being said, all of the actual repairs only took an hour each, and most of the staff came across as well-intentioned, attentive, and concerned for my case. Im left to question the quality of the parts they order, and really wish they could have just fixed it the first time.

BEWARE! They are running a scam here. Got my iPhone 5 power button replaced last year and had to bring it back twice for the same problem. This time they said it was out of their ridiculous 90 day warranty and charged me again for not doing their job the first two times. Prepare to have your problem fixed only to have it reappear after their joke of a warranty expires. WHAT A RIP OFF!

They used to be providing with reasonable price with fast turnaround and I used them a few times but when my iphone s6 had crack lately and called them to replace screen, they asked $106 but the other store is saying $64 when I compare.

Took it in to fix my screen and my camera and house and he did the screen and the house only and it was already scratches on it and lied that my phone ran out of battery and that he couldn’t test out my camera but when I got home my phone turned on and it was on 14% and my camera was still f’d up!!!Too expensive and didn’t even work on my camera! Technician doesn’t work on it 100% he rip people off!!!

The Mountain View store sent my Motorola Maxx here and they have done a very poor job with very cheap parts and my camera doesnt work and I can only make calls with speakerphone. wasted two weeks and $200.00 only to have to get a new phone.

These guys are magicians and know how to turn a brick into a working cell-phone.

Quoted $389 for Iphone X glass replacement only (No screen replacement). Apple charges $279 for the glass AND a new screen. How does this price make any sense? Can we say...price gouging...

Quoted me $159 to repair my iPhone 6+ screen, Apple quoted $129, man at the mall did it for $100. Total price gouge.
