I first called Audi Stevens Creek and asked for sales. They transferred me to Alfredo. He was very nice and professional on the phone and spent some time looking at models and letting me know what was in stock. I told him Id come in over the weekend to test drive.Alfredo was a pleasure to work with. He showed me the cars I was interested in, let me test drive them and never once did I feel the typical sales pressure from him to buy. I even went home on Sat without a car and came back on Sun. In that time, Alfredo handled my current leased Subaru turn in details so I didnt have to. He went above and beyond. He treated me like a person and not a dollar sign. I will recommend him and Audi to my friends and family.

Alfredo V was incredibly helpful through the buying process of my new Audi RS6 Avant! I have visited Audi of Steven’s Creek a few times in the past, but often encountered pushy sales tactics that put me off. My wife and I found this unicorn car in stock and decided to take a look regardless of prior experiences and we’re very glad we did. You can tell Alfredo is a true car guy and his excitement about the RS was infectious. Well this is probably my 2nd or 3rd review, I have been leasing Audi from Stevens Creek for last 6 years. First A6 and now a Q5. I love the guys there.Both Xavi and Nader have been awesome to us. Back in Jan 2021 I was almost on the verge of getting a Q5 from Audi Seattle (Well I am very picky with car colors and trims). The one which I wanted was not at Audi Stevens Creek.Nader reached out to me immediately and offered me a n awesome deal. For me Stevens Creek has been super awesome.Also to add, These guys are very responsive for any post sales support or questions. I needed some help with Q5 recently and Nader helped me schedule an appointment. My problem was resolved in 2-3 hours.

Avoid this place like the plague if possible. I have attempted to make an appointment to bring our defunct 2016 Audi in for service multiple times on different days. The infuriating results are always the same. My girlfriend has called them as well and met with identical results. Here is exactly what will happen:First; a curt man or woman will answer the phone and rattle off their name and job in a hurried and irritated manner that defies understanding of their words.Second; the caller will make a request, perhaps for the service department or scheduling. Then the caller will be informed they are being transferred…Third; Audi hangs up on the caller.Fourth; caller calls back and repeats these steps.Fifth; caller tries perhaps a third or fourth time to make an appointment and requests to NOT be hung up on. The irritated Audi rep will then blame the caller’s cell reception and angrily demand the vehicle owner’s info. “Oh, you’re calling on behalf of your partner? No. Impossible. They must call themselves and endure our nonsense. We’ll make a note to call you instead of them but we probably won’t call you, who ARE you!?”Sixth; the customer sells the Audi and saves themselves from this horrible dealership.

Communicated with Bob to purchase a car from this dealership. He refused to take a deposit and assured us the car would “survive the night” and when it did he would hold it for us to pick it up. Called us the next morning to say the car was available and to come get it (driving in from out of town). We hit the road, a half an hour later Bob calls and says someone else is looking at it and he will call us in 30 minutes with an update. We continued our drive to save time. Called Bob three times after 30 minutes had passed and he didn’t even have the guts or decency to pick up the phone.Called the dealership instead of Bob’s direct line to be told the car had just been sold.Thanks a bunch for the cowardly, evasive unprofessionalism, and for wasting our Saturday.

It took over a half hour to be given the loaner car and a 3-4 hour service took 4 days, not counting Sat & Sun, to reunite with our Q5. They did not inform us what effect the software update would have on our driving experience. For example, false tire air pressure warning and other chosen vehicle settings would have to be reset by us as anomalies appeared. There was little to no communication regarding expectations, similar to the original delivery gross lack of introduction to our new car.

I just had a very disappointing experience with Steven Creek Audi services. I received a safety recall for my 2020 Audi A6, and called for an appointment with a loaner car. When I went for the appointment on a Thursday the service advisor, Concepcion, came out and told me they have run out of parts for the recall. The part will be available next Tuesday. To be safe, she suggested for next Thursday appointment. When I mentioned that I needed a loaner car, she quickly refused saying they dont provide loaner car for recall. The day before the appointment, someone called me to remind me of the next day appointment. I told her to make sure the part was available. Otherwise, let me know. No call or email. Hence, I went there next day, Concepcion came out saying they were out of parts again, and made another appointment on next Tuesday. I took my car in on Tuesday, but had not heard from her in the afternoon of Wednesday. I texted her for status. She replied that you are next in line even though the car was there for more than a day and half. I got a call around 5:30 pm saying they need to have someone driving my car to his Santa Cruz home for an extended road test due to a steering wheel problem that I reported. At this point, I just asked her to give the car back to me.

Walked in only looking to test drive and was immediately greeted by Zabih who answered all my questions and made it so I couldnt turn down the car. I love my brand new SQ5 so much that Im going to get an S4 for my better half. Wayne in the finance department was amazing to deal with as well and took care of everything fast enough to still make my dinner reservation.I would highly recommend this dealership, they arent pushy and want to close deals so its a win for everyone.

While Audi SC was the closest to me, it was not always my intent to go straight there, Looking for the best car choice to match my needs was.After having had less than stellar interactions with other Audi dealers which prefer the “bait and switch” tactics to sales, I found the car I wanted at SC.Bob Slocum was a great person to work with. Straight forward and accommodating from the beginning, texting me about the transaction up to 11pm at night. And always with a sense of service to the customer.I am not just saying as a cliché, but I recommend Audi Steven’s Creek if you’re in the market for a new or used Audi.

Just got a new car from this dealer and for the first time I felt I wasnt doing a bad deal. Shout out to Kody, that was always helpful with my needs of selling my previous 2 cars, paying the KBB value, before acquiring my new car. My previous 19 A3 was estimated $4k less on Audi Fremont and wanted to add the residual value into another financing on a markup vehicle. I didnt feel the aggressive selling, the pressure for doing a bad deal that I had from other dealerships, and the value was clear since the beginning.

I recently leased a 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback and after riding it for a couple of hours I noticed that the engine makes a whistling noise at low RPM (around 1500) when accelerating. This is loud enough that you can easily hear it on highways.Moreover, the turbo makes a loud hissing noise whenever I accelerate. I also test drove 3 more Q5s and they all made the same noises (both whistling at low RMP and high hissing noise). So, I took it to the dealership to exit out of my lease and they said since this issue is happening on all the cars there’s no easy way to get out of the lease and they can buy back the car and the sum of money out of my pocket was 11,000 dollars. So, I called Audi USA and they said they cannot do anything with lease termination and there was basically no way for me to get out of the lease without losing too much money. They suggested I should take it to my local service to thoroughly diagnose this and I did. They gave me a report that quotes: Costumer states at low rpm there is a whistling sound coming from the engine. Costumer went on test with shop Foreman previously. Technician performed road test and confirmed whistling noise. Technician scanned vehicle and found no faults or DTC pertaining to engine bay. Tech was able to test drive identical model to compare and found noise is normal and from wastegate opening high speed/ low RPM under load. Vehicle is operating as designed.So basically, the engine of a $61K German made car makes different types of noises, and they call it operating as designed and there is no good solution that I was given by neither the dealership nor Audi USA. So, if you are sensitive to random engine noise (this is by far different from cool sporty engine sounds) Id steer away from Q5.Although the staff were nice and seemed like they wanted to help but the end result was that I had to pay a lot of money to exit out of my lease, and I basically have to live with these noises and not enjoy my ride for 3 years while paying considerable amount of money for the lease. Just frustrating!

He is totally dishonest and manipulative, continuously lied to our face, until we found out what really was going on. I called talked out Atfredo asked what the cost without even negotiating the price 2 1/2 weeks ago, I understand things could be a little complicated since Im in Minnesota and the dealerships in California. Three years ago I bought a exact same model only 2014 out in California (DCH Audi Qxnard) they were able to figure that out without any issue. Im still waiting for numbers its going on three weeks. I called last week talk to a sales manager ask the same question what it would cost me out the door still havent gotten anything back. I don’t understand what is so difficult to sell a car to somebody out of state, Im not really sure why its taking them this long to reply to my voicemails, email and phone calls, its been three weeks. I still cant get a response to see if this car is for sale, what it would cost me to take it out of their dealerships. Please let me know what it would cost for me to drive the car home.

He immediately understood my needs, gave me a price that fit within my budget, listened to me and walked me through the difficult process of getting my first car with great patience and respect. I really felt like I was being taken care of here! I had a horrible experience at Audi Stevens Creek last week that has made me very apprehensive to return there ever again. What I thought was a routine service turned into a disaster that left me with over $2,000 in repairs that should have been submitted to Century since I PAID for extended warranty. It is so unfortunate that Chad my service advisor did not verify or simply ask whether I had extended warranty but just assumed I would be paying for all costs due to me accepting that the repair can be done on my car. I am not familiar with the prior authorization process nor about submitting claims - that is generally not the customers responsibility. I decided to reach out to Chad to verify my warranty will cover the repair since I was not asked whether I had warranty. He initially told me my warranty expired but when I corrected him and told him about my extended warranty, he said “well they might deny it now because a claim wasn’t initiated” AND WHOSE FAULT IS THAT? I immediately called century to get further info and was told since the repair is still in progress they can initiate a claim. I went back and told Chad - no response. 4 hours go by and I get notified that my car is ready for pick up and that now I have to initiate the claim myself... I am so blown away by the lack of transparency and the assumption that warranty will not play a factor in repairs. This is the reason people purchase extended warranty - so they are not left with $2000+ worth of repairs that SHOULD HAVE been covered. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It is unacceptable...

Mixed experience, but great over all service. They have loaners while your car is in the shop, friend staff, I had to drop my car off 5 times because the engine kept hitting a bracket in the engine bay. I heard and felt my A4 shake, the mechanics never did. But cars are difficult to fix and the staff go above and beyond. Always felt better when I left.

I used to lease a 2018 S4 that I retuned on 2/7/21 (actual 36M return was 1/7/21). I wanted to keep it for an extra month due to unforeseen circumstances (willing to pay for it) and called into to confirm.The friendly front staff transferred me over to a person in the Finance Dept. Upon enquiry, I was met with quotes like Are you kidding me? and You should have received a million emails!. I was taken aback with this attitude/reaction, so I enquired for the employees name (it was Rachel).This led to an immediate change of attitude and I was promptly helped (assuming after looking up details) and was told I was eligible to extend the lease for another 6 months.To be fair,1. Ive never had any issues with the sale or service in my 3 years of lease, I loved my S4 and would have probably leased another vehicle.2. I realize the Finance Dept probably doesnt do Customer Service as well (maybe something I should have gone through AudiFS for) but it doesnt take much to be nice and simply say you cant help amid a pandemic.I will probably not do business here (Audi Stevens Creek/San Jose) after knowing how customers are treated after a sale has been made.

I have always put Jaguar’s customer service at the top of the scale. Stevens Creek Audi has replaced Jaguar at the top of my list. Not only was I absolutely impressed by how I was treated, and how they worked so hard on getting an appointment time that would fit into my schedule, but the work they did was outstanding. A large part of my wonderful experience was because of Roger. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. Wow. I dont know where to begin. This was the most unique and seamless buying experience. In short, its been the best car-purchase experience of my life. And the most unique - it was site unseen, and I never met Mark Schroeder, my sales agent. He reached out after my inquiry, we had a number of calls and emails, agreed on the purchase, and made it happen. Mark Schroeder was my main contact, and when he had his few days off, and his colleague Kody Root, seamlessly took over logistics for me. Here are the three main reasons I loved working with Mark and Kody: 1. Transparency; 2. Reliability; 3. Integrity. They were transparent with the price and buying process. Responded reliably and consistently to questions. And went above and beyond what was needed to get the deal done, including sending me photos of the minor car imperfections over sms (what car dealership does that?! Most try to hide), getting the car detailed without my asking, and shipping the car to my location in Santa Barbara. Simply the best dealer experience I’ve had in over 20 years and several countries. I am not the kind of person to do reviews, if I do they are usually negative ones! But Stevens Creek Audi are a notable exception. From the sales side they have been great at every step including post sale service. Bought a CPO with with Alex Ewing and was promised to have the cracked a/c screen fixed. A few days later, received a voicemail saying the parts arrived. Made an appointment with service department and dropped off my car. The service department told me sales didnt order the parts so I have to wait another day for the parts. Had to rearrange my schedule due to that.Also tried to contact Alex with multiple emails for 2 weeks to get a copy of CPO inspection but received no reply. Dealers are required to provide inspection for CPO per DMV regulation. They could not care less after getting your money!

Sloppy sales staff, doesn’t look like they care. Takes forever to reply, and generally don’t seem interested. I have been working with a staff about a specific car, traveled 50+ miles to find the car was sold. There are better dealership with attentive staff in Capitol Expy or PA. My Audi maintenance package had already expired so this time I needed to pay out of pocket. The service person clearly explained to me options to purchase additional services, which I think are reasonably priced. So I did! Free and convenient uber rides are a plus too!

Just got a new car and had a great experience as usual with the wonderful staff. I am happy to see the safety measures in place in light of COVID19. They can help you on tables outside or inside, everyone wears a mask, hand sanitizer available throughout the showroom, and pens are sanitized after use. Cars are also sanitized after every test drive. When signing paperwork, there was a plastic shield to divide me and the finance representative. I am happy I was able to safely view, test drive, and purchase a new car as Audi Stevens Creek has taken appropriate health measures in place.

Avoid this place !! Had a horrible experience when I visited this dealership. They dont value their customers at all. The staff and sales manager (Mr. Frank Garcia) were very rude. They were least interested to help me and ignorant in answering any questions.

This is the most amazing experience !!!Eric Christie and his awesome team he has behind Gino and Not only helps a customer to feel comfortable and confident in what happens with your vehicle but he takes the time when he is busy no matter who it is to explain something and to make a customer feel like they should. Recently having a loss in our family and realizing that we had some things that needed to get taken care of they personally took the time to help out in the situation and I am not just amazed with the fact of how they treated us but I was also amazed in the fact that I saw other people were being treated the same waySeeing a dealership that cares about customers not trying to make a dollar bill but trying to make a forever partnership with people I am blown away thank you so much

The attitude of the salesperson was not good. I was there with a friend. Somehow they will make you feel you are not the right person for this car. Though we got the same car from some other dealer who was lot more courteous and seems interested in selling the car.

Had excellent buying experience from Stevens Creek Audi. From vehicle inspection and test drive with Kody to finishing off all the paperwork and financing with Wayne. Amazing experience!Kody, was not only accommodating he did his best to make sure that the car was prepped for me before my arrival and was extremely knowledgeable and an overall real nice guy. Id definitely buy another car from Kody again.There were a few issues that were outstanding but they have given me their promise to take care of them. Which is great.When I went up to the finance office to finish off my paperwork, Wayne Wallace assisted me. Wayne was a real pleasant and straightforward guy to work with. He took me through all the options and explained everything very well. Completely transparent and extremely helpful. Wayne is definitely a straight shooter and a great guy!Overall my experience was a great one!Thank you both! They are all very helpful nice people they provide me loaner car no problem, but the problem is my SQ5 in 2 year it showed up 4x red light engine and noisy right rear wheel nice and expensive car but I’m not really happy w/it I wish I can get better one and less monthly payment

This is the second Audi Q5 I have bought from this dealership. Every person there is a star! I called to ask what they had in 2018, low mileage loaner Q5s - they told me. I got there and the sales associate, Rob, was informed and ready. He took me to the exact car I wanted, including a Bose audio system and a towing package in a light color car, We had a test drive, he explained what was new in the 2018 Q5 model from what the 2012 Q5 I had. He was super well-informed about every detail. James the sales manager was courteous and receptive to my complaint about the initial trade in valuation and gave me a fair price. Wayne, the Finance person,was the most efficient and courteous finance person I have encountered to date at dealerships in discussing add ons.The car I chose did not have roof-rack crossbars, or a cover for the baggage compartment. Rob called me next morning to say he had located those two items for me and was throwing in an all-weather floor mat for the baggage compartment.I could not be happier! Bravo to a well-tuned dealership!

We LOVE our Audis but the service at this location literally brought me to tears! Loaner vehicles are either unavailable or require an hour or two wait with an appointment. Repaired our A5 but broke the seatbelts, requiring another visit. Just horrible!

We had a good experience while buying the car, and everything went so smooth until the pickup. They were warm and welcoming initially and even gave us a good deal while buying the car. The salesman went through different car options and was courteous. When we went for pickup, they told us the car was not cleaned and still had some tree sap residue and we had to come back again to give the car for cleaning. It was not that big of a deal breaker until the salesman said they dont have the extra set of keys for the car and just gave us only one key. He promised us second set of keys for the car and it has been three weeks until the purchase and we have still not received our keys. We literally messaged the person several times, went to the office thrice and called the office multiple times, but no response or action from one single person who works there. When you buy a car like Audi Q7, least you would expect is some level of decent service. As much as we are happy with the car, we are equally disappointed with this dealership. I would never recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

Do not service your car here! If something goes wrong, you will be disappointed by the customer service provided by the service director Daren Ferguson. His best skill is not customer satisfaction but rather, stonewalling customers when there is an issue...I had my car serviced here for 15K maintenance and to look at a couple other issues. The service itself went well. However, after I picked up my car, I noticed a deep scratch on the rear bumper.My wife and I are sure that we have never seen the scratch before, so I went and talked with Jose, who explained that he did not have the authority to handle my complaint. When I came back later to meet Daren, it quickly became clear that he would use any reasoning possible to absolve his team of responsibility. He noted that the check-in inspection chart had a marking in the general vicinity of the scratch. (I was never given the opportunity to be present at this inspection.)I pointed out that the chart did not appear reliable. There were two marks in the area...could he point out what the other mark was for? (No.) We looked at another mark at the front and again could not find it on the actual vehicle. He said that it was common for dirty spots to be marked and washed off later. I asked why he was so sure this marking was the deep scratch and not possibly dirt like the others. I asked why they did not leave any notes to flag potentially contentious damage. Given how many generic marks they add all over the car, its absurd how easy they can just pick one to match the damage. He did not try to answer my questions.Instead, Daren went on a tangent about how he could tell my bumper was repainted. I explained that I had been rear-ended and had the entire bumper replaced by an Audi authorized repair center. He asked which one, and I told him Carlsen Body Shop (Mathews-Carlsen Body Works - see Audi USA Collision Repair Facilities list). He brushed it off saying hed never heard of it. I told him I didnt see how this was relevant. He didnt offer an explanation.I also noted that there was in fact pre-existing damage to a rim without any markings near the wheels on the chart. I asked him what would happen if I had reported that as damage, if he couldnt match it to his inspection? He shot back, That still wouldnt be our fault since we dont have curbs in the lot. This made it clear that he didnt even bother looking into my service, since they had actually taken it off-lot for the side issues and put over 10 miles on the car. When I pointed that out, he again pivoted. Thats an entirely separate issue, and youve already admitted that the rim damage is not our fault. He didnt care that I was simply trying to convey that the inspection chart was not solid proof.Daren stated early and often that he had made his decision and just grew more impatient while I tried to reason with him. He kept insisting that You cannot know 100% that this damage was not there. I asked him if he was really telling me what I could know, and unbelievably he said yes. In turn, I asked him how he could know 100% that the damage was not done on site. He again retorted that he had supporting evidence (the chart), and I did not. I asked him how a customer would ever prove that the damage was not pre-existing, without pictures of every square inch of the car. He replied that this wasnt typical damage they caused and that his guys would report it if they did it.I asked him how much fixing the scratch could really cost...was it worth leaving a customer dissatisfied? He claimed that they would have to repaint the entire bumper, that it was not a small job. No wonder he was so eager to avoid responsibility.Finally, since he refused to budge, I let him know that he had lost a customer for good. I would not be returning for service, I would tell my friends to stay away, and I would not consider the dealership for future purchases. He pointed to my license plate from a different dealer. I guess I dont deserve his customer service just because I searched for the best price on my car!

I had previously bought an Audi from a dealer in FL and the experience was acceptable. I must say this dealership sucks, period. I leased a new car from these guys a few days ago.The very first salesperson I met in person and interacted with started ignoring me after precisely 3 text messages. Also he went on about how I needed to have a 760+ credit score to be even considered for any leasing options... What a joke!As soon as I noticed I had to play the get-ignored game, I hired a broker and the broker was able to find a better salesperson for me and get me a good deal.Every time I had to go in, I had to wait for the longest time. Also, I was told the car I was interested in would arrive in 7-10 days but it took around 17 days for it to arrive.Their inventory variety is not that great. They love weird interior color combos. I know its a matter of personal preference, but whats with those cheesy atlas beige or nougat brown interiors??Overall, I hate this dealership so much, and I only went through the deal with them because they are close to me.

Stopped in on a Saturday to look around and ended up leaving with a Q7 and I couldnt be happier with the car. I had contacted Cassandra via email ahead of time but hadnt planned on coming on a Saturday as this is usually the busiest time at a dealership. Everyone here was very friendly and accommodating. Update - I removed a star because they forgot to turn off the service due! notice on the panel, and now I have to make the 1-1/2 drive back to SJ to have them remove it with a special key. More time and money spent for a simple inspection and oil change.However, the staff was really friendly.
