The staff were nice and not rude, the manager was very helpful. When I needed help finding a specific thing, he did it right away and came back when he finished right away. The prices arent too steep, as it is Big 5, and so I was satisfied.

June 30, 2020: Was a positive experience considering we waited 5 minutes outside due to corona virus. Looking to purchase several items. Good store for sporting goods and apparel. Big 5 will have what you want with quality and price choices. Will have 90% of sports, outdoor, and hobby items, only lacking high end or less common items.

Hands down, the best Big 5 store I have been in ever. They have my order put to the side because I had called ahead, they also added things that I would need to go with the item I bought that I hadnt thought of. I would definitely recommend. It may be small, but they are mighty.

I always buy my son his fitness equipment he wants here and theres a employee a talk dark handsome man that helped me get a heavy item in my car he was very helpful and pleasing to look at 😊 I even went 2 times in one day to búy something to see him again lol but he was off shift the second time but I still bougth something anyways

They had really good customer service but they didnt have what I want but they did tell me what store I can go to to get what I want so its a really nice store to go to they have really good camping equipment hunting rifles Bluetooth box clothes and shoes its also close to the Dollar Tree store on tul l y Road in San Jose California

Big 5 is awesome when you need something sports wise. If you need to return something they return policy is awesome all you have to do is keep the receipt as like in most places but really no hassle at all.

Found what I was looking and people there are always ready to serve. Ill make this my default store.

Stocked up on snow gear, baseball gear and other sporting goods for our 3 year old. The employees were friendly and very helpful.

I went to buy a bike for my 10 year old son. Their entire collection was two bikes.... None for my sons size. Very dissapointed.

Excellent service from a young guy that helped my daughter and me find soccer shoes. We were looking at 1-2 pairs. He brought out over 6 pairs quickly and talked to us about our likes and dislikes. Really impressed with his professionalism and care.Big 5 has been around for a while. And you might not expect to see such a selection of gear, but we were able to find many different styles of shoes, shin guards and socks for soccer.

Ethan at the Blossom Hill store was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to the store on Tully Road Jerry the manager wasnt helpful at all, we felt like we were bothering him asking about the items we wanted to buy but didnt because he didnt have time for us.

First time I purchased in this store. I found a huge variety of sporting goods, outdoors wear and I found the just perfect walking-boots I was looking for. Prices are very good, and costumer service awesome. They offer 10-20% coupon per purchase to be used by end of october.

I used to visit this location often, when I played softball in H. S. more than 25 years ago. 😬I visited recently with my daughter and spent a good hour browsing. The store is still clean, organized and the employees are friendly. There is plenty of parking in the back of the building.

The store is small but well stocked. Sale Associates are friendly and prices are reasonable.

Very nice and friendly staff. I bought roller blades thinking I can pick up rollerblading, no problem. It is a problem when youre an overweight, middle-aged man. I returned the roller blades right away and got roller skates. Still overweight, still middle-aged, but happier now.

Street parking only. The back parking lot is popular amongst the less law-abiding citizens and there is no back entrance. Otherwise its a good store with plenty of product.

Manager couldnt make time for an ammo purchase despite the fact that he and another manager told me specifically to come back today after two unsuccessful visits. Not another dollar from me, ever.

More selection in store then website claims

Just went here for one sale item. I ran into an associate as soon as I went into the store. I asked him where this thing might be and he directed me right to them. One person in line in front of me so wait time was minimal.I had to bring the email up on my cellphone so the clerk could scan the coupon and get me the discounted price, just having the sales code didnt work at the checkout.

Bought golfing gloves. Lady that helped me out was so nice / but it was her last day. I hope all goes well for her. Great help!

Love their coolers available year round we use for shipping products but really since when is shooting innocent animals a sport in a species that calls itself civilized. What a joke. Anything but spiritual christ like . Stores carrying guns to murder non human beings belong on an island of psychopaths where they can have a fair sport of knocking each other off and raising the species i.q. 100 points

We were 1 minute before close time, an employee did not let us in, but the manager allows in eventhough it was one minute from close time, smart cause we bought a good amount of stuff to pay for the OT of the employees.

I bought a pair of shoes for my work and they started breaking up after 2 months. No quality but expensive.
