Just had my Toyota truck top installed and they did a great job. Specs were exactly what I ordered and most importantly the color was a perfect match. The installation was done well in that they used a clamping system that made use of the existing bed track hardware with no drilling or other alterations. Wiring was neat and unobtrusive. The service rep Raul was helpful and professional with the top ready earlier than expected. Highly recommended.

They dont sell what they say they sell. No campers, just shells. They have pictures on their windows, but not those same products. Wasted day. Like this picture. They dont sell that.

They sell good quality products and do a professional installation. They stand behind the products. My one complaint is they tend to be slow at servicing products after the sale. I have always gotten a good outcome but it requires patience.

The store was fairly busy with only 1 salesperson, but he made sure to let me know that i was going to be helped next. I just needed a couple things repaired on my topper. The mechanic took my truck to the back, fixed them, brought it back up front within 20 minutes and charged me $10 for the simple repair and installation of a light.

Got everything I needed and fast.

I was in San Francisco for work and when I walked up to my truck at 6am I realized thieves had broken out the side window of my A.R.E. MX Canopy and make off with a few items. I had two weeks of travel ahead of me and having no window to help protect my belongings from the elements didnt excite me. I called up Stormin Normans and they quoted me a price and that the window could be there from the Manufacturer in two weeks or less. I explained my predicament to the very professional and sympathetic person on the other end of the phone, after a second he suggested I come down, He thought he could have two options for me. The first was that they may actually have a spare window lying around, the other was that they would take one off their display model to repair mine and order one from the manufacturer to replace it. Sure enough, I pulled up they got my truck in the back instantly and before I could even finish a business call they walked out and told me the truck was finished and ready for me to get on the road. I cant thank the guys at Stormin Normans enough. They were professional, with top quality customer service that went above and beyond to solve a problem and get a customer back on the road.
