Food is very good. I got chicken Tikka Masala, side of rice and 4 chicken samosas. However customer service is slow. Will definitely come back if I have time.

Halal Meats store is very good store to buy Pakistani groceries. The owner of the store uncle Muhammad Shafi is very nice, friendly and great person.

Busy store mainly because of their halal meat counter. Variety of meats and cuts you don’t find in other stores. Grocery aisle is limited. Cleanliness of store could be improved.

I love the grocery store here! Ive been having a hard time buying Asian products here in town, when and where. But there were so many types of Asian products in this grocery store. They had everything here from pasta, herbs, and delicacies! My taste buds are never going to be dull again and my house is missing. They had the nicest and warmest workers as well! WONDERFUL!

Their meat counter is vast and everything in it is fresh and good quality. Their sushi counter is surprisingly fantastic with ready made, fresh sushi hand rolled by the amazing staff, and if you want something custom, they will do that too.

If I could give it negative points, I would. Such poor customer service, smelly. Signs everywhere to maintain 6ft distance yet, the person stocking fridge did not budge, I had to pass after waiting ...three people behind the counter but it took them ten minutes to figure out I was waiting. Ended up waiting 20 minutes and when I turned to go, there was a line all the way outside the door. Why do they have to be this way? One of the store owners had mask down was arguing with a meat vendor raising his voice and all. I wish Bay Area would have a better Pakistani grocery store.

This has got to be the cleanest meat market I have ever been to in my life, and Im 50. Found this place about 2 months ago while looking for goat meat. The meat was fresh. The customer service gets 10 out of 5 stars from me. I am a customer for life and will not buy goat anywhere else. My family inhaled the finished product. Curry goat.

Loved the samples thru out the store im on an electric scooter and they showed me how to get to every part of the store close turns at times but I made it and really enjoyed the employees more places show have such friendly and helpful help.

Very RUDE and HOSTILE; just called to ask a question and then abruptly the call was terminated. I called back and voiced a dissatisfaction with the incident while stating that the call we terminated. He admitted he hung up on me because he was too busy!I was going to make a huge purchase but NO THANK YOU!

Their website advertises to call for order #covid19 etc.. When I called, the person that answered said “you have to come in” and hung up the phone. Pretty rude!

This place has the best selection of fresh meat possible the quality of the goat meat is outstanding sometimes I make the mistake of buying goat meat from somewhere else and the quality and the cards are just terrible. The meat that you by here is always clean fresh and they only give you the clean good portions of meat not the Bony waste portions like other meat stores . Service is good and they do have some precooked stuff like Biryani and kebabs but those are not the best. I personally think this is the best halal meat store in all of Bay Area

Very friendly store. Ran out of eggs at home yesterday so I drove to this store as it is close to my house. But I forgot to bring cash($20 minimum charge for credit card) the cashier, a young guy, just told me to pay later on next visit. It is very nice of him as I am not even a frequent customer. I bought some chicken leg for my cat and he won’t touch it. As it turned out, meat went bad within 2 days. Usually when I get it from sprouts,it stays edible for 3-4 days. I won’t buy it again.

This might be a best place to purchase meat but not for chicken biryani. Believe me guys if am having an option to give negative stars I would give -5 stars. I had tasted biryanis at various restaurants and house but this would stand last among all. My suggestion is to change cook or else ask him follow you tube.This is the first review I had given in my life for food related stuff.

It is a good place to get your meat and they have variety of meats more than most Halal meat markets. I just think they should have more cuts of meat like beef ribs especially when it’s summer time.

Awesome mutton biryani and chicken tilkka :)I am little concerned about food handling process. They should have separate person who will handle food separately. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable when I see the same person packing my food after serving raw meat to another customer using a plastic bag only instead of gloves.

Since you asked for further feedback, probably have more people to speed along check out and wait times in store.Im looking forward to trying the frozen samosas I purchased!

Excellent quality and Fresh Halal meat. Hand slaughtered chicken from Fulton Farms and Fresh Goat Meat here as well. The owner, Br. Shafi is a very good cook as well, so try out some of their freshly made food to go as well. The grocery section has a good selection of Indo-Pakistani and Middle eastern groceries, packaged and frozen Halal foods as well. Highly recommended.

Selling lamb meat as goat meat. Lamb meat is very hard and not tasty as compared to goat meat.Guys please be careful.

Genuine halal place for a variety of meat products, it is also a desi grocery store with an in-store fast food outlet, but most people seem to come here for just meat. They also cut meat you purchase for free. Lines at times are long, so be prepared to wait during weekends.

Meat might be good but the food is not good, yesterday i ordered a curry to go and they gave me frozen chicken curry, will never buy curry there again.
