Terrible experience. They were busy, as usual. Asked for help with a product, was told there were 14 of the items that I needed in inventory. Was given a slip to go back to will call, waited for 45 minutes before anyone came up, they were helping other people. Meanwhile I saw two people standing in the back just talking when everybody else is running around trying to find products for the people standing at will call. When it finally came I turn I waited another half hour, literally waited 30 minutes for the person to come back and told me they didn’t have them, well he had one, not fourteen like I was I told and waiting for. Meanwhile the line behind me was building and people were getting impatient. He said sorry for wasting my time, at least there’s that.

They have good amount of stock. But when you go to will call they take too long

Supper helpful employees, every one helped with questions not like other Hardware stores that employees hide to avoid helping you. I will definitely come back and highly recommend HD Supply White Cap!!

I went to the location to day AM to get some N95 masks for my son’s dental office. I am told they are out of these masks, that they are on back order and don’t know when they will get them. My son goes in two hours later and is able to pick up 2 boxes. I am scratching my head.....did the supply suddenly appear in those 2 hrs? The guy did not like my face?

This store needs to relocate to a better and bigger facility. Lack of parking. There is always a line of trucks waiting for hours because receiving is backed up due to space and efficiency.

Best floor customer service they get you what you want fast order pullers get your on the road to the job site

How do they stay in business? Pros: good selection and prices cons: slow counter service, bottleneck flow at cashier, will call at other end from cashier. Took us 25 min to pick up an order places on the phone ahead of time. Also orders delivered are often wrong and they have to return to replace.
