I struggled to find a good place to get my car cared for when moving from DC to LA, and then again when moving from LA to SJ. Once I found Marc here, I havent gone anywhere else. Great customer service. Work done well and quickly.I called late in the day and Mark received my call and listened to my issues and was able to fit me for same day service. Although I came in 40min before closing Marks team changed my oil and then instead of pushing me toward the door so he could get ready to go home he spent an extra 15 minutes with me to discuss my issue and then even lookup and give me a couple quotes for my second car. Another satisfying service! Second time servicing my car here, came around 10am but Marc had other cars to service first gave me an option to come back around 2pm but called me around 11:30am saying he has an opening ! Left my car went shopping for an hour came back with it finished, just waiting on the filter change but he will call me when he has the part. I have been to the S Winchester location at least 3 times. My last visit was oil change, multi-inspection along with air/cabin filter. The work is always done fast and prices are definitely competitive.I love Marc who made me his customer from my first phone call to Quality when I was looking for someone to service my vehicle at the height of the pandemic. From there, I brought my car in for a major service and I can say I have never felt as if Marc has tried to take advantage or get over in anyway. Quality Cares team does a fantastic job. I called to schedule service and they were able to look at my car right away, (dealership had a week-long wait). I came in for an oil change, break repair, and to find out about the thudding noise my car was making. Mark was a tremendous help and great at communicating what was necessary for my vehicle. Their convenient location allowed me to walk around nearby shopping centers while I waited. They were able to complete my repairs with same-day service. Mark sent me txt photos of my car being worked on, and when it was finished. They determined and prioritized the repairs needed, letting me know that my breaks and shocks didnt need to be replaced yet. They stand by the quality of their work and were professional, kind and detailed with their service. I will absolutely be returning as a happy customer for future maintenance and repairs.

It was a little out of my way to go to these guys, but the other tune up places in my area didn’t have as many great reviews as this tune-up place. So I decided to give them a call. From the initial Call I spoke to Marc who was very polite, knowledgeable and gave me a confident feeling that my truck would be in good hands.I called late in the day, and was able to get my truck in first thing in the morning. I don’t know much about mechanic work but Marc was able to explain what the tune-up would entail and break it all down for me so that I knew what was going on and he was very transparent on what would be done.I always have had some skepticism with mechanics because I always hear of all the dirty tricks they do to get money out of clients, but I didn’t have to worry about any of that with the guys here. My truck had the check engine light and he explained to me it was an extra charge to check and that I had the OPTION to get it checked or for them to just do their tune-up and clear the check engine and see how everything went. I went with the second option so that I didn’t have that extra charge and so far so good, and they were able to show me the condition of my spark plugs (which I already knew would be in pretty bad condition) and they explained to me that is why my truck felt like it was skipping. They also took a picture of the readings that their diagnostic tool had and sent it to me so that I could look into the problems myself so that I wouldn’t get that extra charge.I’m not sure how much the type of tune up I got would cost in other places because I didn’t shop around. I felt like it was pretty pricey, but they were able to give me whatever discounts I could qualify for which Marc helped me out with. However, I believe that it was well worth what I paid for. With the professionalism and the peace of mind they gave me they’re definitely worth the price.Thank you guys so much for the great work! The truck runs awesome now and no check engine light anymore!Ernie

Quit going to ‘quick’ oil change chains where there are new mechanics every few weeks, go somewhere where the owner is invested in your experience and you won’t be disappointed.

Good work, great price. Informed my rack and pinion is shot but when I asked for a quote was countered with how attached to the car I was. This can mean 2 things an honest mechanic who doesnt want to lie about the price or one who doesnt really want to commence the repair. Either way I didnt think the quote was that bad but his hesitancy there confused me.

I picked this largely due to location, but I was thrilled with the service I received. I would recommend it to anyone needing work done on their car. The mechanic, Marc, was incredibly personable and helpful. He found one possible axle leak that he informed me of, but he assured me it was not emergent to look into it today. I appreciated that he didnt try to upsell me. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at the value of the services. They rotated my tires, adjusted tire pressure, checked all the fans and belts, topped off fluids, did a full synthetic oil change, and replaced a filter all for under $65. Other places I was considering were charging a good $55 for just the oil change! The services all were done within an hour as well. Again, I would highly recommend this shop.

They did an amazing job fixing my moms Chevy Tahoes Air Conditioner. The AC now comes out almost too cold lol. The staff is amazing and friendly. Had a nice time chatting with them and they even topped off my oil and coolant for free while fixing the AC. This review is for Marc, since he has been my go-to guy.I have been through multiple maintenance centers in the past. Mostly dealership Maintenance center, which is supposed to be the most “reliable”. Honestly, I hate visiting the maintenance center because the experience is just dreadful. Long waits even with appointments and $$$$$$$$$$$$ out of your pocket.u2028u2028Marc is the first guy I felt like he has my back with his honest opinions. I really appreciated that he doesn’t use all those gibberish technical terms (looking at you Mini Maintenance center), he helped me understand what is actually going on with my car and what am I paying for.I am in the process of getting a new car and I will continue to visit this center with my new car baby. After years of bouncing from one oil change place to another I have finally found my home. Unlike many other car service places, they dont try to gouge me on extra services just because Im female. The place I frequented previously because it was across from my work replaced my left headlight three times in a single year, then charged me over a grand to get it checked out, with the bulb burning out a mere two months later. For me, that was the last straw. I took my car in to Quality and they replaced the bulb and a year later its still going strong.Even when I come in without an appointment everyone is completely professional and speedy, I dont think Ive had to wait longer than 30 minutes! And when I am ready to pay, they always check and see if there are any promotions or discounts that can be applied.Even though both my job and my residence moved 40 minutes away I still make the drive here. They always remember me and are always efficient, kind, and provide superior service. 5 stars guys, couldnt be happier!

Shopping for a good oil change auto shop, I found Quality Tune-up Car Care Center with 4.8 positive reviews. You dont see that kind of high reviews a lot. This center deserves all the praises the customers load them with. First, Marc came to meet me with his great smiles. He then went over my car and gave me his opinions but he never pushes his way. He respects your decisions. He changed the oil and filled the coolant, which was almost empty, both for only $32, after offering me a nice $5 discount. You dont get that kind of pricing anywhere else. He told me that his mother taught him to be kind to people, and thats exactly what he is. You can feel his sincerity and kindness and generosity.Marc is very professional and friendly, and his team is that way also. Theres another mechanic there also, whose name I dont know. Got a quote over the phone for a brake job for $150 in labor to replace front rotors and pads. When I came in with the parts Marc came in at $200 without a meaningful explanation as to why the higher price except that he did not “look at the book” over the phone. When I insisted on the originally quoted price he became extremely defensive and refused my business.I had extremely high hopes for this place and wanted to give them my business and be a repeat customer in the future but his terrible attitude prevented that.Very disappointed

I wanted to get my car looked at before making the long drive back to the east coast and found this shop pretty close to where I live. Marc and the rest of the crew were super friendly and explained things in terms I would understand. While they were working on my car I walked over to Santana Row and shopped, and they called me when they were finished. They were able to do an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation all in about an hour!

After reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give this place a try as my car was in need of an oil change and also a quick check up. When I called in, Marc was able to accommodate me right away to do these service same day as soon as I got off from work. Being in that I work in the retail environment I was blown away by how friendly the staff is and quality of work they put into things. Within an hour my car was up to date with its oil, was checked through its components, and found my air filter was in pretty bad shape and in need of replacement. The pricing on these services was definitely better than most places I had called in earlier to get estimates. Overall, I would highly recommend this business for any tune-up needs and will definitely be coming back for future maintenances!

Best car maintenance service! The staff here is so helpful, friendly, high-efficiency. Last time I did car maintenance at Toyota dealer, cost $250, and I waited for 4 hours. This time I just cost around 70 dollars at Quality Tune-up for absolutely same service and just waited 1.5 hours, plus, this store is near Santana Row, you could walk there to go shopping or take a lunch while your car is doing maintenance.
