Ive had Rayne Water since 2001. At first they were great. Over the past several years their tanks are causing a loss of water pressure. It started slowly and I would have to have them come out a couple of times a year to replace bad tanks. Now, I have had 3 bad tanks in a row. The bypass is essential because they often take several days to replace the bad tank. When I asked to speak with a manager about tank testing, they said no one was available. All I think they need is a testing process be put in place and tanks that test bad be removed from service. I am hoping to get this resolved tomorrow. Either way I will update my review.

Weve had Rayne Water since 2001 until we sold our house in 2019 in Elk Grove, Sacramento, CA. Best system and service! We just bought a house in San Jose, CA 2 months ago and thankfully, Rayne has few locations in the bay area including San Jose. We again contacted them, bought their new and best system last month. My husband and I can never live without a water softener that makes the water taste so good as well as protection of our investment from the hard water that will damage your pipes and calcium deposit long term. The best benefit is health!Protect your skin as the soft water makes your skin always smooth and subtle. 5+ stars is our rating for Rayne. Thank you Rayne for the excellent product and service!

Super easy process and very friendly service. I have soft water running in the house in minutes. They will come and replace the tank every 28 days. I am not sure what other services are providing and how the cost will measure up in the long run but the convenience cannot be beat.

I have used the service for over 28 years and they still came through on my next property. They said exactly what they were going to do when they were going to do it. I am truly satisfied with Rayne San Jose.

I just signed up with the San Jose dealership. I like the product. My water feels much better. My laundry and dishes are much cleaner. So all of that is good. I am less enamored of their office staff. The sales representative tried to push me into meeting with her on a day that Id already made clear didnt work for me. She then showed up nearly a half hour early to our appointment and overcharged me to set up the service and for my first months cost. The company then failed to credit my account for the installation and first months service that she had overcharged me for. They also promised me a larger tank but delivered a smaller tank and still charged me for the larger tank. The difference in cost is very minimal, but it was one more sort of questionable event. I tried to find the name of the owner on the San Jose company (not the corporate) website, so I could have let him or her know directly. But I couldnt find it. Under contact they give only a form to send an electronic message. Good thing they have a good product. I hope the rest of it gets better from here.

I have very very high customer service standards and every interaction with Rayne they have exceeded any expectations I have. Friendly, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and more. This is a company I truly want to do business with.
