This place is TERRIBLE. I went here a few days ago to get my ears pierced and not only were the staff very unorganized and unprofessional, they messed up my piercings, resulting in extremely uneven lobe piercings. I should have listened to my gut and called it off before they put the gun to my ears. This is my second time piercing my lobes and now I fear I will never get a proper piercing since the scar tissue will be too bad for a third try. I am extreamly unhappy and wish I could get my money back. 50 bucks I will never get back and lifelong embarrassment from a piercing that will either make me look like a clown or scar my ears forever.

Loved our experience getting our 2 year old daughter’s ears pierced. The staff are experts in what they do and showed great patience making our baby comfortable.

A man name Jeric came to the rescue with my earrings and helped me so so much. It was honestly the best customer service that I have ever received. He helped me pick out my earings and also putting them on. He has amazing taste on which jewelery would look best on you. He was polite and very friendly. Im so glad I got to know him ((:

The sales rep (a woman) was late setting up. I walked around and waiting politely for 35 minutes.. she never asked to help me or acknowledged my presence. An older lady came by as she was setting up and she helped her. So now I ask for help since she has finally started working... she gave me a “well I’m still setting up can you come back later”... if she wasn’t working she shouldn’t have helped anyone. As I walked away she proceeded to talk to the last lady she helped. So rude...

Associates were very helpful and friendly. Went in to re-pierce my ears and ended up buying some more earings for a bday gift as well. Very clean and followed safety protocols.

Staff was professional and informative. They wore gloves and handled all necessary objects in a sanitary manner. The ear piercing on my 6 y-o granddaughter was done simultaneously and swiftly without incident. My Granddaughter left with a big smile on her face and had no problems during the healing process. Great overall experience!

Super nice guys. Very friendly and did well. My 14 year old daughter is very happy! I gave 4 stars, because their system was down. Other than that it went great!

Hi everyone!I am complain about Pagoda Oakrige mall Store Manager Alicia Ramiraz.I never see people like her.She was not ailing person, very rude, not friendly,not carrying,not thinking of people or kids feeling.She doesnt know how can be manager how can talk to customer and solve customer problem.She is very unrespectful.Giving customer very hard time not help them.Today I meet Matt the same store.He is very sweet helpful,he know how can take care of the costumer,he is very good talking and smiling person .I cant understand big company Pagoda how can higher that kind of person be store manager.I am not recommend this store if she is there..........
