Do not come here i had my bellybutton peirced here the girl was extremely rude didn’t even use a clamp and now i’m left with horrible scaring

I’ve been in need of a new piercing spray but every time I visit the place, it’s always closed, my guess is they open whenever they feel. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing, I call & no pick up.

Yesterday I went in and the lady by the name of Emily who claimed to be the manager was very unprofessional. I asked her what piercing was the same size as the one I had lost she quickly gave me the first pair of piercings. I then returned and told her she had made a mistake she said yea I did but I can’t refund you . Now if it’s your fault that I’ve purchased something because you said it was a certain size and turns out not to be you should be able to fix the problem . She the threatened to call security and once I told her I was perfectly fine with speaking to security she then acted annoyed and didn’t call.She also refused to give me her name for about 10 mins and just acted out of character.

Two of my brothers and I just got pierced today. The front desk lady was super helpful & cool. The guy who did my piercing was great & had chill energy which help me relax cause I was a little bit scared. He did a great job with placement, it was on point for me & both of my brothers. I got my bellybutton pierced, and my brothers got their nose. They had a great price compared to others as well, I will definitely be coming back!

I got my septum piercing here, friendly staff, clean work space. The lady who pierced me is very professional. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very informative, explained everything on what she was going to do step by step, and what equipment she going to use. I’m definitely coming here again!! highly recommend to others!

Their customer service is great. Got my nose pierced. Was virtually painless and fast. Kudos to that piercer with the tattoos and long hair. Thank you!

Chris and amy are the best people to go to when you do piercings, amy did my lip and nose piercing perfect and Chris did my ears and helix theyre the best people to go too

I recommend going their for just the belly piercing or nose but when I was going to get my piercing for 40 dollars they talking bout the ugly black stud and a sparkly stud goes up to $109 just go to Clair’s for half the price.

Good customer service, they were busy but 15min wait wasnt bad.

My cousin said she didnt feel no pain the staff was very nice she would go back again.
