Bought a Big Text Trailer here and this place is awesome and there fast and efficient and reliable. They are nothing like FJM Truck and Trailer Center. They have great staff here and they are an exceptional trailer business nothing but good things to say about this place.

Paid cash for trailer. Then they did not take American Express and did not take a CARD OVER THE PHONE. Then they took forever to take care of the “paperwork.” Not coming back here ever. Also if you are a mask freak don’t go here they don’t wear them.

Stopped by to get some tie downs for my car trailer. They didnt have them on hand and so I went ahead and ordered a set. When I mentioned to Rick that I needed them for the weekend (this was on a Friday) he said that he would be happy to let me use a set that they have there until mine came in. That was much appreciated, thank you Rick. My next trailer will be bought here based on my experience with Rick.

Suspect price gouging. I was quoted 2-3 hours for a hitch install that was suggested by manufacture to take 15-30 minutes and other locations quoted me 30 minutes as well. I politely pointed this out to the guy on the phone, and he laughed and said naw its definitely going to take more than an hour probably 2-3 hours. I clarified to him that this trailer hitch was a tiny little thing and only had two body bolts and a single u-bolt to brace it. Which means he was quoting me at a 30 minutes to an hour PER BOLT. Mind you I have seen videos of people installing this exact same hitch in under 15 minutes, and threading the bolt only took them about 30 seconds much less minutes. The car already has the holes necessary too, and he was aware of that. Heck I would do it myself, but the car is too low to the ground and I dont have a way to lift the car right now.I compared prices at 5 different shops, and all the other shops quoted me at 30 minutes. This was the ONLY shop to quote me 1-3 hours. They also had the highest labor rate. $150/hour. I felt like he was just having a go and trying to see how much he could gouge me for. This is why I always check around. Not only did get an appropriate quote elsewhere, I also got my appointment a week sooner. and for less than half the price.

All their parts are a bit pricey but they have almost everything you need....so you dont have to be traveling all over town trying to find what you need.

What can you say about Orlandi Trailers that hasnt already been said? If you need a trailer, trailer hitch, repair work, advice, safety equipment for your trailer, you simply cannot go wrong here. They can sometimes get busy because they are in such high demand, but a little patience pays big dividends when you want to get the job done right and make sure your trailering needs are safe and secure. Rick and his team are dependable, courteous and knowledgeable, especially if you need something custom fabricated. If peace of mind is important to you, you want to come here. Theyve helped me many times over the last 40 years and each time is a great experience. Highly recommend.

On the plus side, they knew their stuff, their prices are decent, and they didnt try to oversell me on something I didnt need. I was grateful for that.On the minus side, they wasted a lot of my time. We had agreed on the phone to a price for a trailer. When I arrived at the shop on Saturday with a cashiers check from the bank for the amount agreed upon, I asked for the salesman by name. I was told that it was his day off. They seemed to not have a record of our agreement. The Saturday crew either refused or was unable to sell me the trailer. I am here with a check for over $2,000 in your name ready to buy a trailer, and you wont sell it to me? Apparently the answer is no. I found that odd especially considering another dealer nearby was willing to beat that price, so I bought it from them.My advice to them, is that if they have fixed prices, they should put them on their website and hold firm from the beginning so I dont waste my time. If they dont, then they should give the Saturday crew the ability to make the deal and sell the stinking trailer, Instead of losing the sale to a competitor.

I have had multiple good experiences here. I bought a green forest river 6x10, and got a good deal as it had been previously ordered and a deposit paid when the order canceled. I feel this shows good integrity at Ricks store.This trailer was set-up for me: leveled to my towing vehicle, welded stabilization jacks, E-track, on-site by the techs there. I purchased puck style locks here and security plates. They can do these installations as well.I went back for accessories. They carry lots of odd and ends in stock. When I needed documents for my insurance I got good service. When on the road I can call here and get good answers in real time by guys I know and trust who keep treating me well.Cons: I can’t get a coke and a bag of peanuts to dump in my coke here or a pack of orange colored peanut butter lance crackers. Guess I just got spoiled by farm supply stores as a child.

I was initially very impressed with their knowledge. They pointed out that FJM had installed the wrong hitch and some other things.But when it came to the showdown, they werent there. They promised me a trailer that would arrive a week before I needed it. That week, it wasnt there and they told me it would be another week, which I didnt have.They didnt put much effort into resolving it. They also implied that it was my fault because I didnt provide a deposit (which they didnt ask for).If they have what you want on their lot, their prices are definitely good. Go for it. But dont count on any level of service here.

I purchased a small trailer from here. They had a big selection and fair prices plus LED lights which I preferred over normal lights. The light inside the trailer is really cool when working i n the dark.The buying experience was excellent because they process your registration for you and have it automatically sent.

Great service got my trailer rim replacement on the spot and the even mounted my tire onto it ready to go

Great company. Family owned, locally owned, and owners are right there on site. I have experienced really knowledgeable customer service, and they have the largest selection of trailers in the Bay area. Go see them today. If they dont have it right there, they will order it and find it for you.

Ive purchased utility trailer about 7 years ago. Tires got old and slow leaks. I asked for tire replacement on the website. No response. I left voice message. No response. I went to store to ask quote. Replacing tires cost $170. Buying tires with rim costs $170. They dont have nice attitude at store either. Well Amazon has about half price. Lowes San Jose has trailer and nicer.

Pricy but the really know their stuff. Was able to fix a pesky electrical problem.

Just what you would expect from a 5 star business

My family bought a trailer for them over ten year ago. It still been working great with no problem.

Work requires me to tote around a 24 suretrac, 60k miles and more a year. While in San Francisco the assist spring for the Beaver tail failed making it impossible to raiseband lower the thing. After calling several places Orlandi came through. 2 hours after arrival I was back on the road. Cant thank these guys enough. Cheers

I went to the store for a quote on hitch, I ask the guy in the office he ask Me few questions then went back sat on a chair n started making call not related to my needs finally an older guy walk in to help me. I was in there for more than half hour no concern if I was helped hr just doing what he was doing very unhelpful.
