Besides the lowest price in the country which is what got my attention. They have outstanding old fashioned customer service. You can actually speak with a human easily and they shipped out my order faster than promised. Of course UPS lost half my order which called for more of their customer service and they stepped up again to find my table....thanks so much highly recommend these guys

Our family purchased a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table from here and was very happy with the service and products. We went into to the showroom and they had all the tables we were looking for on display. The sales person was very knowledgeable about all the tables and helped out family pick the perfect table with our budget. We went in on a Saturday, and the following Thursday we had all 3 tables professional delivered and assembled.

Not to happy my e-mails are ignored. We ended up going with this company b/c he said he would ship out the next day and we would have it a week before thanksgiving. This never happened, he blamed the shipping company although after research and calling them it was not the case. I can over look this but when it came to my accessory package not being what was advertised and our leather cover not fitting the table we were very disappointed. If I had to do it again I would order an american table.

Called and spoke to Colin a week ago to have a pool table moved. He scheduled me for Monday (today) and told me to email the address through website contact us app. I took Monday off from work to be here for the move and also select a new color felt. Realized on Thursday that I didnt know what time they were coming and wanted to be sure he got the address. Called on Friday and the owner said Colin had stepped out and would have him call me when he returned. No call. I call on Saturday and get voicemail and left a message. Called on Sunday (closed). Left msg and used the contact us app on the website to ask them to call me with the time.Its Monday at 12:30p and no return of any of messages left including three messages voicemail messages I left today. They wont even pick up the phone. The movers come on Wednesday. The pool table has to be out by then. Pool movers schedule about a week ahead in advance. I called four other pool table movers and no one can fit me in until next week.I wouldnt recommend using this company to move or even purchase a table from. Guess they move and deliver tables when they feel like it. Very unprofessional to not call back or answer the phone anymore. Dont let them ruin your move or waste your vacation days.

They offer lower prices guarantee. I found a ping table for $20 less and they beat the price plus included free delivery and installation! Amazon wanted to charge an extra $175 for this service!

We love our new Joola 1500 ping pong table Price was great and delivery plus assembly was well worth it. We are looking forward to a Summer of fun ping pong.
