Mr. Michael Sarmiento did an excellent job in helping me procure the twin bed for my son. Did not realize since one of his colleagues mentioned, he was on his way home but he extended his stay to take care of my needs. Excellent Manager.

Very poor customer service. Monte (the store rep) is very shady. I understand that he works off commission but to lie to the customer is not a good experience. Be aware, it is a hard hit on your credit, read the details while in store about promotions, do not believe anything Monte says. You will not receive a call back if you experience any problems. Buy online it is less expensive and has the same customer experience.Sleep number is not wise to keep employees that are not trustworthy or perhaps misinformed. I will not be doing any business at this store.
I got great service from Monte and he was super up front about everything. Ive been using my sleep number bed that I got from him for a year now me its the best sleep Ive ever gotten. I would say give this store a chance. You cant judge a store by one customer!
The service here is amazing. Had a great experience during my visit. I am in the market to buy a new bed and with all the info they provide I will more than likely purchase my bed from this location.
EXTREMELY TERRIBLE customer service. The representative at the store would be very nice before you buy anything from them, but once you buy they would be least helpful. I had to call like a thousand times to change my order. The customer service would direct you to the store representative and the store representatives would tell you to call the customer service. So it is like a cycle which keeps you wondering what to do.The store representative also just hung up after telling me to call customer service.Very unhappy with the service. I wish I could cancel my order, but somehow I am caught up in this cycle between store representatives and customer service.Wish I could give something lower than a one star
Sleep number is trash. The bed is made of poor quality and customer service sucks. Please make sure you read the fine print. You have to keep the bed for 30 days minimum. After two weeks i got a mattress from Costco and packed up the bed and ready to send it back!!!!.
I really enjoyed my purchase and working with Nick & Louis. They both are very professional.
Beware they use cheap batteries that blow up!
