It has been a long waiting now, but thats the least of my complaint... I walked into this store looking to correct my hair color. As I was looking, I noticed the cashier having a nice conversation with those who came before me. She seemed eager to assist and was thanked by those customers for her advice. How disappointed I was when I came up to ask for advice about my own hair dilemma. She clammed up completely only giving the most vague advice. Once I realized I wasnt getting anywhere I thanked her for her time and walked out. She did not acknowledge that. Im not sure what turned her off about talking to me. The only difference I found in me and the customers before me was skin color....

Great customer service.

First time here and I appreciated the friendly staff & service. They helped me find a hair product I needed, but also answered some make up questions. I wasnt sure of the product in question but she offered a sample w/o me asking. Ill come back and support Planet Beauty for excellent service & products.

They have a huge variety makeup, but their prices are a little bit too much. The employees are very nice and helpful. The store aesthetic was too bright and the lights were sort of irritating to shop in. Otherwise, I liked the store and the very wide array of choices they presented.

Ive been to this location a few times and every time the girls were super sweet and helpful. They are not pushy and give great advice... 110% more helpful than the Sephora at Oakridge

I have stopped in to this store several times looking for KMS Firm Hair Gel. Over the past 2 years, this location did not have it in their inventory. Another location had it in their inventory, but I chose to bypass the offer. Now, KMS Stay Firm Air Gel is not even carried at Planet Beauty per the salesperson.

Good place to buy beauty products for my lovely wife.

I like the people working in that place very friendly.
