First time there, first time shopping for wigs. Prices vary a lot, from about $25 synthetic short to $1000 human hair long.I tried about 7 wigs before finding what I wanted. I finally went with one of them (synthetic one). Once Ill wear it for a while, Ill probably update my comment.Great shop and the girl at the counter was helpful and patient, I spent like 2 hours there thinking and thinking lol.

The customer service was outstanding! I dont normally go shopping for wigs but I felt she was very knowledgeable! I think my friend is going to love what I bought her for Christmas!

Very welcoming, wide variety to choose from. I get the same wigs for less online but if I need the same look and quick. This the spot. They have the most current looks in too. So that is a plus too.

I had a hair emergency right before my first day at a new job and the lady who helped me was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I remembered her name so I could praise her personally. I would definitely recommend this place!

Pulled in the parking lot to find it burned to a crisp. Phones disconected . I dont see this place opening back up any time soon.

The wigs are priced reasonably.... But the weaves,... Are completely over priced. Every last one. Clip ins or weft. I recommend going to Hayward of youre looking for reasonably priced hair for sew ins. $100.00+ for fake hair? ... Try again thieves!!!! Amazon beats your prices ANYDAY....

Friendly staff but not a great selection of braiding hair. Definitely call before dropping in to make sure what you want is stocked.

I remember a while back they had a variety of wigs all with real looking scalps for about 20$. The business ownership has since changed, however, the selection is still noteworthy, and prices are decent. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Theres not many wig stores in San Jose to choose from out of all of them this ones more organized and better quality and great prices

Got some great wigs n extension, very clean shop.

This place is exploitative and fraudulent in practice. Their smiling specialists know nothing about hair quality and texture. They just regurgitate what is labelled on a box to make a quick buck. I was grossly overcharged for human hair when it turned out to be synthetic remy hair. That means that you cannot style it with the same flexibility as real human hair or apply real heat. There is no such thing as pure Brazillian hair so beware and check the internet to compare prices. They need to be reported to 7 on your side to be investigated and will be. Stop exploiting communities of color. BUYER BEWARE!!!
