I was at Eastridge and I wanted to shop at Bath and Body. I just love 💘 this place it has my foamy soap and candles and hand sanitizers. Every time I go there I go crazy and buy a lot. Today I spent $40 dollars and I dont mind. THANK YOU BATH AND BODY. I will continue to shop there. My name is MARY.

They have a lot of sale and staff are helpful. They always give you and good suggestion when you not sure what to decide on the fragrance that your trying to choice from.

Sometimes they have good deals thats when I shop there.

The staff was soooo helpful. They had run out of the sale items so I was bummed since I tried ordering the online on time when they were in stock but for some reason my order never went through. I was soooo bummed and this was the first time buying from bath and body works. I went to Great mall and staff was pretty unhelpfulBut here, the staff didnt just show me some of the popular stuff but they even showed me stuff that wasnt on display yet!!!!! I bought the new not yet out products on sale for buy 3 get 2 free!!!! They made my day!!! This branch is awesome and not crowded. For some reason this branch doesnt show up for pickup on the bath and body website. So likely youll find more products here since not everyone shops from this specific store.P.S: white tea and sage / Apple honey are their new upcoming fragrances 😊they are amazing!!! The white sage has bergomat which I lovvveee. There was a Good Chemistry perfume from target that had bergomat the white sage and tea is very similar to that.

They sure have a ton of different fragrances. Its hard to decide on just one.

I always go here for the handsop,And hand sanitizer.Recommended!

There was a 10-15 min wait the last few times I visited since the store capacity limit is now 7. Half of the limit goes to employees. Customer service is kind of a hit or miss.

The help was all good...but the cashier was not...I asked her for a gift packing(just a plastic cover and a ribbon) but she denied that they had any, when I asked the helper she said we do and she was really helpful to get me one while leaving...1 star loss for the cashier experience...
