Worst service ever. Unfortunately new owners cant make it happen. Best of luck but we wont be back

Awesome place for bagel, crepes and morning breakfast coffee

Great Bagels, there is a Posh Bagel near my office in SF (seems to be closed) happy the Almaden location has made it through the challenging past year and a half.

Good bagels and bagel sandwiches! The seatings are reasonably spaced out and clean。

First time here. Ordered the works on a pesto bagel, and was not disappointed. Popular place, so the line can be a bit long, but its worth the wait.

Lox and Cream cheese and STUFF on a good eggy bagel ...

There were several times that I did not receive half of my order for a while when the other half of what I ordered was already given to us. Example is they gave the egg cheese and bacon sandwich and then we waited. Then after 5 min, we asked about the crepes and they havent started to prepare them. I feel like sometimes they dont prepare the food at the same time. Other than that, they are really nice people that understand their customers.

They had just what is been searching for! A bagel sandwich around South Almaden. Nice, clean place. Lots of selections. Food was hot, fresh and tasty.

Placed in a beautiful neighborhood of Almaden Valley, this bagel shop serves more than just bagels - paninis, crepes, wraps, etc. There are about 20 kinds of bagels. Tried a couple of them and they were according to expectationsThe staff was courteous and the place was neat. Would stop by again!

Delicious bagels that are more soft than chewy. The sandwiches are my favorite way to go. The best bagel is the Spinach and cheese. Great service. The name says it all since this place is definitely top-notch!

This place is Amazing!!! Best Sandwiches Ive ever had hands down!!! I found this place on Eat 24 and omg so glad I did!! Everyone where I work orders from here now for lunch!! There smoothies are amazing also!!

World’s worst bagel award goes to these people! Consistently bad bagels. They are either lumpy and dense, undercooked or burnt. In the 5 yrs we come here grudgingly when we have no other choice not once have we enjoyed what we got. I’m never going back for sure!

A little pricey, but very good bagels when they are fresh. Sometimes I get the day after bagels and theyre pretty stale.

Good bagels but skip the rest. If you want coffee take a few minutes to go next door to Starbucks

Sadly, after the takeover of the new owners this place has really gone downhill, the service is meh, and the management overall needs improvement. It used to be the go to place for bagels. Hope they can turn it around!

The bagels are to die for. And the cronuts are an amazing combination of croissant and donut, a little on the sweet though. Also, if youre looking for an afternoon treat on a hot day, they serve awesome hawaiian shave ice. Which is shaved ice covered in your choice of hawaiian influenced flavored syrup. NO criticism needed, the place is simply the best.

Bagel dog was delicious, service was friendly and quick. Lots of food options.

Nothing too special and the prices are high. its one of a very few choices for Almaden Valley, so we cant be too choosy. The crepes are a good choice, but again, the prices are steep.

I personally have never had a bagel from here but I applied and it had been 3 and a half weeks and I went in to follow up and the manager said he filled up all the positions. If I dont get the job and I understand, but not telling me, innapropriate.
