Their sausage patty looked and tasted 3 weeks old. My raisin bagel with cream cheese had yellow cheese on it.

Bags were warm and no bad flavor . But when the guy and the girl in the counter are so rude, no manners, throwing your debit card to you and same with the bag of bagels ...geez.... Flavors dont matter anymore then. Will not come back

I dont live in the area but whenever Im in Milpitas in the mornings. I always look forward to stopping by for their breakfast sandwiches. Especially, for the sausage, egg, and cheese on a Asiago bagel. Plus their Vietnamese ice coffee is delicious!The service is quick and the bagel sandwiches are always steaming hot. Also, the bagels are fresh and soft.However, itll be nice to start the day greeted with a smile or a good morning.😁

Guess you have to come in person for a good experience cause you sure dont get one if you order through a delivery app. You get cold food and special instructions ignored.

So i ordered thru doordash and the lox bagel was very hard and not cooked properly or probably it was a stale bagel. Then instead of chai tea latte they gave me green tea latte. Only thing correct was veitnamese coffee. And now they are ignoring my calls. I had to file a complaint with blossom hill location. I was told that they are brother and sister owners.

One of best bagels in SJ, since moving to South Bay from New York its been tough finding quality bagels. Main Street Bagel has been a great find and was not disappointed, which unfortunately had been common when trying bagel places.The everything bagels I had was what I expected with a soft interior and a crisp outside

Frequently busy, but very good bagel shop. It has a wide variety of yummy, generously portioned bagel sandwiches, best for breakfast. I also like that its right next to a Starbucks so its easy to get coffee right before or right after to go with your meal. I far prefer this place to Noahs across the street, which has comparable lines and higher prices for lower quality. Main Street Bagel also looks like a locally run small shop too, which makes it worthy of your patronage :)

Went to try them for the 1st time and didn’t even get the chance. I walked in and seen 2 men (customers) without mask and having a full blown conversation .. while everyone else had on mask including the employees I was not going to risk it. I hope Main st sees this post you guys should really enforce face coverings especially while customers are waiting “indoors”. Sucks ppl are so not courteous of others.

The bagels taste really good I’m not gonna deny that, but all I wanted was cream cheese on one side of my bagel and was charged $1.68 extra. I wasn’t even told that it was extra I mean it’s a bagel place cream cheese should come with it. The lady that works there then responded to me “things are expensive”. I understand things are expensive, but that’s half the bagel price that I ordered just for a little cream cheese. For the price of what I spent I could’ve got a grand slam at Denny’s that would be more for filling for the price.

Confusing layout, even the staff seems confused. Wifes bagel wasnt toasted. They gave me the complete wrong order. They didnt even know what to charge me forNever going back.

Best bagels in town. Have to try the cheese jalapeno. I take the seeds out and enjoy a jalapeno flavor with a medium heat.

‪This happens to be a great place with (in my case) had friendly workers. I would recommend it to a close friend(or acquaintances ) / family member or coworker. Environment was clean and did not get hassled or upselled. I have to say this establishment gets an A+ ‬all around ‪from my experience. ‬ ‬Good price points too! Stop by and try it out! You can’t go wrong.

5star bagel place. Love the staff here..we went late on weekend and were only one in restaurant. Staff is very friendly, they talk to you, play with kids and bagel options are plenty. Food was excellent. They can do better on coffee though

Edit: I really liked this place and I was a returning customer almost everyday but because of their diminishing quality in service, I dont think I will be coming back. They got my order wrong enough times for it to be an annoyance then forgot I ordered a drink another time and left it sitting on their side of the counter for 15 minutes. The multiple times I revisited this place, I was rung up by the same lady that looks at every customer with disdain unless you dressed expensive. She asked what I ordered and while I was listing it, she raises her voice and tells me she knows already. Until management is better, I am avoiding this place and not recommending it to anyone.

Ever since Covid has started, they have started messing up the orders. Its the third time. They act as if they are the customers and demand, dont listen carefully. My last time eating here.

Every kind of Bagel I tried and each gave the satisfaction you wanted on a bagel. The price is always affordable and the service is seriously acceptable you wouldnt worry to be late going back to work.

I come here because I enjoy the quality of the bagels. However, the last two times Ive been here, they have gotten my order completely wrong. The service in this place is exceptionally slow and unreliable. Each time my order was made incorrectly, there was no line, the place wasnt packed, and the staff wasnt scrambling to get things done. I suppose they just dont have any attention to detail or a sense of urgency when preparing food for their customers.

Went to a bagel place after ages. This place is in the strip mall in San Jose with lots of other options as well. I got the scorched garlic bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese spread. Was delicious. You pay separately for the bagel and cream cheese which I found a bit strange (and the cream cheese actually costs more than the bagel!). But the whole package was tasty, will be back for sure to try the other combos.

We love the bagels here. Especially the cranberry. The cream cheese is better than other bagel places. We have been going to this place for years and still living it

Avocado, egg, tomato and cheese bagel sandwhich had almost no flavor - the cheese at least helped a bit. They really need to season their eggs. The Hazlenut coffee had a burned taste and I couldnt finish it. The iced green tea latte was mostly milk and you couldnt taste any green tea. Its like they have good concepts but need to work on their understanding of the foods they are prepping. The staff seemed friendly enough but didnt always communicate well with their process/your wait etc.

Bagels here taste better than other main chains like starbucks, panera bread, BUT they have competitive prices. A gourmet bagel is 1.40. I got the cheese and garlic and, oh man, it was amazing. It was fresh, didnt need to be warned up, and was steaming when I opened it. So good. You can turn any bagel into a sandwich.

Great selection of bagels all for a great price. Ive been there almost every weekend since I moved to San Jose. They also have a bunch of assorted spreads that go great with just about any bagel available in the place.

Good selection of fine bagels. i do wish the everything had salt on them. Dont expect the bagels be hot in the baskets, but after a quick toast they are perfect (i.e. not overdone)

The garlic bagel is pretty good, but the staff members are not inviting. My opinion is that their bagels are not dense enough, doesnt have the right tackiness that a good NYC traditional style bagel has. Maybe its the chinese influence of the owners
