She got website developed from an Indian Agency, got website live and never paid them, and pulled all payment of other services they provided for many months.I dont know how these kind of people will show their faces to God. And how they can expect good to happen in their life.Person who built business on cheating and fraud, so are her products, see reviews, think hundred times before buying from her. See the brand name, its also copied from other brand.Remember Karma comes back.

Weve had our ibaby M6T for just over 2 years. No major issues until recently it stopped connecting to wifi and no longer works. Customer support is super slow and almost non-existent in terms of proper phone support. Our emails have gone unanswered for weeks now. I cant stress how frustrating it is to have what you believe to be a good reputable company and product have horrible customer support.

This is literally one of the worst products I have ever used. In terms of basic functionality this product does not worked what so ever. Since purchase neither the device nor the app has ever worked properly. Please, I beg of you, do not waste your money on the iBaby.

We have been through 2 monitors. We bought the first and it notorious for losing connection so we had an exchange and the new monitor they sent us will not connect at all. We were assured that if we were not satisfied we would get our money back and of course now they are no where to be reached. This is a very dishonest company with wretched products.*our internet speed is 250mgb and we have a nighthawk router so internet is not the issue*

Camera moves when we arent trying to move it. Numerous reports of them being hacked. Company doesnt care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A complete joke---from the product, to the app, to their customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY because you will not get it back when the product breaks down and doesnt work.

If I could give this a zero I would, A complete nightmare. I bought 2 of their products and first they are over priced by far, but I spent the money because I thought it would be easy setup, WRONG, had to use my phone to set it up and it got stuck on installation and after several hours I gave up... NO tech support on the weekend guys LOL, no useful support on the web site to troubleshoot. I WANT MY TIME BACK and not just the money...
