So i basically was just asking for a preview of how the design would look like on a basic shirt, which is common practice at every custom tee company. But Moe was argumentative over the phone and talked over me. And made no sense when he saidyou have to show the picture in person and we will show you on the computer screen so i explained to him if its a preview on the computer screen why cant he just text or email me the picture if i provide him the raw image file? The people over at spectrum did this no issue and custom ink and many other places as well. Hes just wasting my time lol

I really wanted to like this place, but ended up very disappointed.We dropped off 20 jerseys for our Jr. Sharks hockey league: 10 for home games and 10 for away games. We told Mo that these were for our hockey team, and we needed the names of the players printed on the back. We gave him a list of all the names along with the numbers, and our telephone number in case he runs into any issues, and to call us when the jerseys are finished.The total cost was $200 and we paid the full $200 upfront.Even though we asked if theres anything we should clarify, such as the color of the lettering, Mo said, I know like hes done this a million times. Since other teams have had good experiences here, we left the store trusting Mo to do a good job.A couple days later, we picked up the finished jerseys. I am attaching a picture of half the results (the other half are the same but different colored jerseys). Notice the following problems:1. There are FIVE different sized fonts used across the 10 jerseys. Notice how large LI, FLYNN, and HARDY are compared to all the other jerseys. I have no problem with SCHLOETTER being slightly different; it is a much longer name than anyone elses and will necessarily look different.2. There is no excuse for LI being printed as big as the jersey number itself!3. Each name is placed in a slightly different place on the jersey. Notice how ELNAGGAR and HOAG are vertically closer to their jersey number than KINKOR is to its respective number.Mo explained the following to us:1. It is impossible for all the jerseys to have the exact same lettering.Note: At a minimum, all the jerseys should be very similar in size and in position. We sent all jerseys to one shop so they would be as uniform as possible.2. He didnt want to print on top of the stitching, and all the jerseys were sewn slightly different from each other, so he did the best he could.Note: See the white FLYNN jersey pictured. He printed the lettering right on top of the stitching, anyway.3. He blamed it on computer problems, and his press machine.4. He said you should never print the numbers first and then print the names. You should always print the names first, and then the numbers. We had given him the jerseys with the numbers already printed, so theres not much he could do.Note: The numbers on the jerseys were already printed on every jersey, and the numbers were already the same size and position as each other, despite the fact that the jerseys are all sewn differently. So I dont see why the numbers are the problem.5. The letters are permanently pressed on the jerseys, so theres no way to remove/replace them.Even though he had our phone number, Mo never called us once to clarify any issues.When we complained, he brushed us off. So we left the shop and gave all the jerseys to one of our coaches. When our coach returned to complain, he gave her the same excuses.With our coachs help, Mo ended up refunding $20 for the two LI jerseys. The lettering is so bad, no one would ever wear these jerseys. We never received a refund or offer to replace these ruined jerseys, which cost MUCH more than the $20 lettering on them.All these jerseys were BRAND NEW when we dropped them off, and our hockey season has just started. Our team now have to wear these very awkward jerseys for the entirety of their season.We will never go back to iCustom again.(Yelp decided to hide my review, but you can see the pictures here, and read Mos response on the Yelp page, and judge for yourself whether the review should be hidden.)

I absolutely F’ing love this place, I come here for absolutely no reason sometimes and end up leaving with fully customized sweatshirts in less than an hour. These guys have the best material that never come off when I wash them like some of the other shops I’ve been to. If you want the best custom shirts in California this is the store

Honestly one of the best stores around when you want a custom t-shirt done. I got four shirts done for my nephews party the day before for less than i expected, and I was able to negotiate a little to lower the price. The guy there was super cool about it and they did it within 20 minutes due to another order he had. All in all I would go again for all the shirts i need.

Nick is absolutely awesome! l would suggest calling ahead and making sure Nick is there. He will make sure your design comes to life.

Needed two shirts for an out of town memorial ASAP. I called the day before to see what I needed to bring and the owner was very helpful. I went in today, told him what I needed and had my shirts done the same day. He did a great job and the girls were very happy with there shirts. I will definitely be doing business there again, good quality and very efficient.

Went there this last weekend to get sweaters for my littles - it was crazy packed yet they took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and explaining the process and all thank guys PS my girls love the sweaters

Shirt had to be remade after debating with owner about positioning of photo and we spent a long time in the store waiting for it to be redone. final logo wasnt centered correctly. we had paid already and it was late. owner does not focus on quality and doesnt take his time. runs through shirt projects sloppily. I wish I could give great review but after experience. I cant.

Pretty irked right now, I just left from this place and it wasnt a good experience. First off its way too overpriced. I was charged $30 because it was a 3month onesie and the gentleman had to cut out every single letter that he said is so hard cause theyre tiny.. Cool, I understand that its a little bit of work but when I went to pick up the onesie it was just cut around the wording.. not individually how he said was the difficult part. What is the point of you charging me so much then? It looked like the ones you literally print out from your computer and iron onto a shirt.. I dont like being ripped off so I will be posting about this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE on every page icustom shirts has along with on my social medias. What you did is the easiest way to lose your customers. Realize you have customers by word of mouth and reviews. So disappointed in this place.

I Custom lives to its name came here to customize a shirt for a Christmas gift and was really happy with the results.

Guy who does not know how to run that business was very rude. They dont know how to talk and deal with costumer . They just think about the money and how to raise the price .I got two different prices in two days.One said $25 and other said $40 which was so expensive for my order. I just wanted to say they are not trustable and I will never go back that shop again.
