Was changing infotainment block there, they put compartment cover back incorrectly, I noticed and told them and they fixed it. What I did not noticed, they locked hazard button so it could not be pressed. Thanks god I noticed it when I was safe.Later, when I decided to add CarPlay system, I found out they did not put all the screws back when they were replacing infotainment system. I cant call that a good work.

4/5/2018-Thursday.After I’ve posted my experience with Oak Tree Mazda Steven Creek CA, the General Manager of Oak Tree Mazda Steven Creek CA i.e. Sheriff Demetri tried to resolve this concern I have. Sheriff responded to my posting & e-mailed me (on my son’s old e-mail address). I was not able to get his messages & unfortunately did not reply to Sheriff. Eventually, he got a hold of me on my cell phone number, on 4/2/2018-Monday.Sheriff apologized on behalf of all his team member & assured me that all my bad experiences stops when I left the dealership on 3/20/2018. He gave me his personal assurance, also as the General Manager, there will not be another similar situation.Having said that, Sheriff checked by records with Oak Tree Mazda Steven Creek CA, & wants me to take my business back to Oak Tree Mazda Steven Creek CA.By having to reach out to me, I thank Sheriff for his effort and his sincere approached to rectify the situation.To have the General Manager take a personal interest in my matter means a lot to me. I will definitely go back to service my Mazda car as well as continue to get OEM parts for my Mazda car.

Beware of this place, they will submit your loan application to so many loan companies without your authorization and it will hurt your credit so bad, stay away!

I got offers to perform expensive services which are not necessary. Including one that the manual for the car indicates is never needed unless something actually fails.
