Did not like the service for smog test. They knew the car wouldnt pass before the test. Charged me $100 then told me it needs to be registered first. There are to busy fixing cars from a local car dealer that regular customers dont matter to them. I wont go there ever again

A little sketch the guy forgot Ingave him my keys and it wasnt till I started watching what he was doing that he quickly walked over and started releasing the oil from my car. Otherwise ny paranoia it was great service and my car has been running like a champ since the oil change. On god on my mamas.

The staff was just amazing overall, not only did they follow COVID-19 protocol but they were extremally friendly. They were quick and it was about 30 minutes. They inspected the whole car fully, and made sure that everything was safe, they also didnt try to up sale me, they were very honest and I will be coming back. I recommend this shop to everyone.

My AC blows so cold after going here that I use it to make ice for my mixed drinks. (Ice tray in glove box) next order of business with them will be turning my wiper fluid bottle into a whiskey dispenser.

I go to Quality Tune-Up & Car Care every time I need my car service. They have reasonable prices and quality service. They go the extra mile in service. I was so please one time, I had to bring the crew donuts.

They did a smog check and our care failed because they said we needed a catelizer. We got that fixed at a five star auto repair close to our house. Then my husband went to get the smog check again and they said the machine was not working and to come back another day. When we went back, they did the smog check and it failed a second time!! They said they didnt know why and that they would have to do a diagnostic. It should not have failed a second time. This means that their initial diagnosis was faulty and it should have been done the first time! Wasted time and more wasted money.

In my opinion, Best mechanic in Northern California. Very knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and straightforward staff. Highly recommended and would definitely seek their services again whenever any mechanical issues happen with my car in the future.

Needed a little list of things done to my car. Tried this place on a whim as the dealership had quoted me almost $700. Here they got the job done quickly, professionally, and for half the price!! The car is running so nicely and the gas mileage is up again. Wonderful service, I’d definitely come back!

Just picked up my car after it was sitting there for two days and didnt call me to tell me anything. I had to call myself and he told me it was an air leak and he put duck tape. My car is worse and turning off even more than it was before. I have my son to drive my car around and i just find it disrespectful. Wasted money. Dont bring ur car here i was very dissapointed.

I have been going to this shop for a few years now for different repairs on my older Acura. They have always been great. When they said how long a repair would take they were always on time or early. I needed a window motor repair I got a quote from dealership and they saved me about 30% on this repair. I just got brakes done there today they noticed a nail in the tire and just took care of it saying they want satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service, courteous, good price, honest.

Battery light came on twice in my Honda Pilot and after a bit of testing I figured out it was the alternator. I went to a nearby mechanic and he quoted me between $600-$700. Took it to Quality Care and they quoted me $450 plus tax including parts. Not only that, they told me to leave the car and they would have it done by closing time (it was already 2pm). I left the car and they called me at 5pm on the dot telling me the car was done and the total was $478. I am very happy with the work they did and the price as well.

I have been coming here for almost 15 years and they have never done me wrong. I usually come in for oil changes and regular maintenance stuff and they always go the extra mile - check my tires look at the over all condition of my car and what he thinks. Theyre prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the service is usually pretty fast. Ive brought all my cars here as well as my dads cars. I will never go anywhere else

Wish I could give zero stars but not possible.....I came in with concerns about my transmission...went over details with the person there and they pretty much would not help me. First time ever ANY MECHANIC WOULD REFUSE SERVICE (= MONEY). His point was if my light was not on, it is hard to determine...????!!!!!....Isnt their job to find these things out???I offered a test drive, he refused...stood there and just shook his head....worse service ever. I will go to the other location I always go to, although too far from my work - on Winchester across Santana Row.

Very impressed with my visit to the quality care center this morning. There is a clear difference between smog inspection stations and smog check stations with real mechanics, this is the latter. They properly diagnosed what was wrong with my smog check, replaced it, and had me on my way within an hour. :)

This has been my go to place for a very long time. My new car is no longer as new as she used to be. Instead of driving to VW I gave these guys a chance. They over delivered in customer care and support and promptly repaired my water pump n things to get me going within a 24 hour period. I paid a fraction of what I would have at VW. Thumbs up to small business and supporting our neighborhoods they go above and beyond. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and complete repairs in a timely manner.

These people are the best at finding what is wrong with your car. My car kept dying and I had gone to 2 different shops spent 800$ and I still had the same problem. Then my friend recommended this shop to me these guys found the problem in 15 minutes and it cost only 150 dollars. These people are great I love it I highly recommend this shop.

Weve been going here for years. Honest, friendly and convenient, usually no appointment needed. Theyre always willing to explain repairs and let us know whats necessary and what can be put off.

This place is great. Ive come here for years. They are very honest and have saved me lots of money with my cars.

First they quote me an hour and a half then they install the wrong brake pads and hammer my clipper to get it back on when the car wont move they removed the shim which made the brake pad rattle and when they put it all back together they didnt put the brake line in the right place so it rubber on the back of my tire. When I left the shop with my car the brakes locked up on started smoking really bad so I had to have it towed back to the shop. I still had to take it to another shop to get the correct brake pads. The incompetence of these mechanics is astounding I cant belive they are still in business.

A smog check should not take an hour. Came here hoping I would be done within 20-30 minutes, as with any normal smog station. I came in around noon, and there was nobody else in front of me.The guy smogging my car let the car idle for about 30 minutes without touching it, while walking around + talking on his phone and pretending to look in the engine bay and under the car (For no apparent reason). The rest of the workers were in the back of the shop on their phones as well.As someone who works on cars, I can tell you that these guys have no idea what theyre doing. Theyre also not the cheapest place in town, so I would advise you to give a more helpful and customer-oriented smog check station your business.

Paid to get brakes done. Paid >$500 for brakes and rotors and theyve failed within 12k miles for a guy who drives very conservatively. They are not being helpful to resolve so moving on. Cant recommend at all.*Update: place I went to get my brakes now fully fixed noticed my brakes were broken and that I was lucky.

This place ripped me off the said I needed a radiator without doing any test. The car was still running hot so I took it back and they said they tested it and there was nothing wrong with it. My car then overheated and I took it to another shop and they said it was just a thermostat.I spent $1,000 between the two shop for a $40 part . Dont trust them they lie.

I took my BMW station wagon in recently to have my tires inspected and fixed because my steering wheel kept shaking on the road. They had my car for 4 days. When I finally got my car back, the wheel was still shaking and my tire started making weird scraping noises. I use to go to them a lot for the last 2 years, but after this experience, I will NEVER step foot in their door ever again.

Went for oil change. Ended up to pay extra for premium oil filter for over $80. The gentleman asked for my name and phone # to put in the system with a very impolite and very strong thick voice, unfriendly attitude. Maybe that was their culture.
