Very attentive and transparent service. They took time to sit and discuss the issue and how they would recommend proceeding (in this case, they recommended a wait-and-see approach for a possibly expensive problem). Did not up-sell and did not charge anything for the diagnostics as well as detailed explanation and print-outs. If the issue recurs, I will be happy to return and get the work done here
