Winchester Auto is my favorite auto parts store in Northside San Jose. The store looks kind of small but they have a large inventory in the back and everyone at the store is very helpful. I come in here for filters, extra oil, bulbs and much more. Winchester is my go to store and they have great hours. They’re open nice and early so you can get stuff done.

At least they have the part or Riley did not in fact OReilly could not even figure out where to find it. It is a factory kick down which I would prefer the aftermarket but in a pinch it work.I have to change my review the part I asked for was not given to me, instead they gave me a part for a completely different transmission

Ordered brake pads a week in advance. Day and hours promised came and I call and they tell me they dont have any shipments. 3 hrs later call me up and tell me my brakes are in. Had to go to the dealership and pay twice the price. Zero exaggerated, 100% frustrating. Not a professional establishment.

These guys always come through with the quality parts, old and late models cars. If they dont have it, its a safe bet they know where to get it, and based on my experience, have produced the part within hours. Even parts I would have considered dealer only parts. To top it off, the guys are very knowledgeable and wiling to help you figure out your needs.

Great place to buy hard to find parts. I was able to find parts for my 2008 Mini Cooper s. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They dont make you feel dumb for asking dumb questions.

I have come here for years and I am confident to say it is one of if not THE best place to get your parts. I have a 1995 Chevy Van and a 2005 Mustang and they seem too have everything I need or can get it quickly. As long as they are around I will be a customer.

What happened? Good people but our rig needed the bigger carbon disk pads. Anyway, they do know their stuff an will suggest better options.

My car wouldn’t start this morning so I went down to winchester auto before I purchased a new battery the person at the counter tested and charged battery. It failed so he sold me a new one and asked me if I had a AAA Card and saved me $39.00 on purchase. 👍😊

After going to AutoZone after going to OReillys after going to another part store nothing but wrong parts and when they did come in those were wrong then I went to Winchester Auto they have the part in 4 hours and the right part and the price was better and the service was outstanding Ill be a customer of theirs for life now Winchester Auto I can ask for more knowledgeable people and polite people

Awesome place, friendly/helpful staff. They call you back when they said they would. They also carry some of the harder to find oils like Redline, Amsoil, as well as complete like of motorcycle oils.
